KFC review: Payment not received

July 27 2023. I went to drive thru at Harmarville PA KFC. The man on the speaker was very abrupt and short with me. He hurried up my ordering. When I asked for 2 apple pies he replied, duh, we haven't had them on the menu for over a year. Very sarcastically. We pulled up to the window and even tho he was intimidating, I said you were very rude to me. He said he was not and called me a name. My daughter and grandson were in the backseat and so my daughter said she wanted to see manager. He laughed at us, called a girl over and she also had a big smile and said what do you want? I told him the man was so rude and I didn't want the food I just wanted the money back. She said, sorry we never give cash back, called me a name, and slammed window on us. I stayed there and after at least 5 min the man opened the window and said to leave I tried to hand him the food and he said I don't want it and slammed window again. There were 5 of them all laughing and pointing at us... I had also told the man to stop yelling because my grandson started to cry. It was a degrading horrible experience. I was treated terribly. I will never go back again
