KFC review: Mismanagement of franchise

I am trying to inform you about the mismanagement at the KFC store at Allen Rd, Peoria, IL. I have complained about this before, was told I would get a response, and never heard back on anything. The problem happens almost daily. Over and overt again, This franchise has to be the worst managed restaurant I have ever seen. I pulled into the drive thru at 8:50 PM, the store closes at 10. I was told the only thing they had was chicken fingers, How on earth can you be open for another hour and only have chicken fingers available. This happens constantly. The management is either just ignorant, or they are lazy and just do not care. I think it is the latter. I have complained to you before and never got a response. If you do not wish to look into the matter, could you please give me the franchise owner's name and contact info. I cannot believe they know what is going on. I am sure the franchises are not cheap, and I am sure if they knew how much money they are losing because of incompetent management. This happens almost daily towards the end of the day. If you do not have food to sell until 10, why would you stay open? Close at 9, but then I am sure they would pull the same shenanigans. Please do something, The Franchise Owners do not deserve this.
