KFC review: lack of professionalism by manager

I was an inside customer in the location shown above on 7/31/2019 between 16:53 and 17:15.
I placed an order for one 4 piece crispy wing chicken dinner and 2 corn on the cob to go... which should have been $7.03 total.
The cashier totaled my order and announced the total was $14 plus. I questioned about the cost and she stated that this was the correct price for my order.
After a brief wait the cashier returned with my order delivered to me a Crispy Meal which contained a breast, a wing and a thigh plus bisquit and 2 corn on cob.
I told her my order should have been a 4 piece wing dinner not the one shown.
She called over her manager, a female in her 20's who was most unprofessional and refused to actually listen to and recalculate the total correctly.
After much embarrassment, I was able to obtain the correct meal. but I paid them with a $20 and they "repeatedly refused to recalculate the total. Finally, I was presented the original receipt showing 20.00 paid and the change returned. The manager then threw $.75 on the counter and I told her it was not correct. she needed to calculate the difference between $20 and 7.03 and that 12.97 is what I was owed. Finally, she calculated the total and gave me the correct change.
Meantime, a drive through customer was having the same type issue and ended up "throwing their drive at the drive through window. Their action was not the correct way to handle things. But it illustrates that you have problems with management at this location and I hope you will get it corrected.

Finally, I just hope you will take this opportunity to Train up your manager to a level where she is able to professionally handle problems with customers. I will not be returning to Kentucky Fried Chicken in the near future.
