KFC food order

Four days ago I went through the drive thru and ordered a 5 piece tender meal along with a $5 tender box. After I get home I realize the side order wasnt correct. I was given mashed potatoes instead of coke slaw. In addition I wasnt given the dipping sauces I requested. When i opened the side of mashed potatoes to confirm it wasnt Cole slaw i noticed a strand of long hair. I had to drove 5 miles back to the restaurant to make the complaint. I showed the worker the hair in the potatoes and she didnt apologize or offer a refund. She said she'd just give me a fresh order if potatoes which i didnt order to begin with. After asking about the sauces she told me i should've checked myself before leaving. Why would i do that? It's your job to make sure my order is correct. I was given the correct order at the end without an apology of any kind. When i returned home my wife was disgusted and we never ended up eating the food. We paid $17 for this horrible experience.

If you want to look for grammatical errors you have issues. I know what needs to be capitalized but voice to text doesn't always do it correctly. Unlike you, I don't have time to look for petty mistakes that are inconsequential to the meaning of the message. Believe me, the money wasn't an issue. What was the issue is the unprofessional way this was handled. You must be one of the minimum wage workers that puts blame on everyone else. Have a nice day deplorable.

I am not a child. I am a grown married man. I don't know if that will last long. This whole incident made me so angry.Iw was so angry that my wife and I got into an argument. I ended up beating her up so badly that her face was all bruised. I confiniscated her phone so she could not call for help. She unfortunately found a way and contacted her parents. Her father threatened to beat me up. I told him to go ahead and do so. I would press assault charges. He said that he would press assault charges and call the police. I begged him not to. He did so anyway. They talked to me. I gave my wife dirty looks when they asked if she wanted to press charges. Sadly her father was with her and she said yes. He was there to protect her. Her father told her that she should leave me since this is not the first time I have beaten her up. She asked for it. I think because of this incident with Shelley she may actually leave me.

KFC mashed potatoes, two large, and get them home and realized that there was no gravy

First we get there and are told that there was a half hour wait for ANY CHICKEN, because apparently they hadn't put the batch in yet, couldn't get original chicken either because that would be another half hour wait, finally settled on the $20 family deal, and wanted two of them and was told that they only had chicken enough for one, after the whole ordeal we just got one $20 family meal and get back home fifteen miles away and realized that there was no gravy for the mashed potatoes

KFC not having chicken at 11.30am.!

This has happened several times now, and sometimes at 6pm. Chicken place OUT OF CHICKEN? THERE IS A PUBLIX NEXT DAMN DOOR?!:_(((( There are also times the front door is locked and no SIGN ON THE DOOR! I wave and keep looking but no one even tries to notice me? I have even gone in, ( when I can get in) at 11:30am and they have NO CHICKEN COOKED? THIS PLACE IS A SHAMBLES! BIG MESS, SORRY MANAGEMENT?

KFC grilled chicken

Why does KFC have grilled chicken (the healthiest) on the menu? You are always out of grilled chicken, especially in the evenings/night. It can be 7pm, 8pm, 9pm, and you are out or have to wait 20 minutes. Hello, its called "fast food", get it? Everything else is way too salty, so I move on to something else other than KFC. If you are dropping chicken in grease all day, everyday, why not grill all day, every day?

KFC bad service

Greetings,

Last night I was at KFC in Phumlani Mall in Tembisa and after standing in the queue for 30 minutes because of slow service whereby the following incidents occurred:

Only one till is operational and two ladies are reading one receipt at the same time when giving out the orders.

I arrive at the till and only then that the cashier is telling me that the card machine is not functioning.

Evidently other customers complaints and the sad part is that all those 3 ladies gave us all an attitude, the lady at the till even told the other ladies to ignore all the other customers and that they will go mad because of crazy people.

This is highly unacceptable and this branch hasn't just been one to attract customers to KFC anymore, their service is terrible and their attitude is just saddening.

I am truly disappointed and will not be going there ever again.

i'm tired of being treated like i'm not welcome at your outlet in vernon, BC, everytime a certain staff member is on at that staore i feel like i am being harrassed and treated like dirt, it only happens when she is on, i was even asked to leave once by her before i even finished my drink under the guise that i was there to long and they needed the space for customers that were there to dine, ( the place was empty)maybe it's the fact that I'm an indiginous male or the facyt that i am curently reside at the shelter, I have a full time job, and trying my best to save to be able to get a place. but i come here to eat, or maybe just enjoy a pop, because it's affordable and i can get away from the chaos of the shelter. Regardless of why i want you to know that because of your employee's disregard for commen respect i will no longer dine at any of your restaraunts from this point on . I feel that if im going to spend my hard earned dollars at a restaraunt it's going to be so mewhere where i do not have to fell rushed and unwelcomed. There were otherse patrons in the restaraunt that day but i was the only one she asked to leave . KFC blood on my meal and plastic items

Please refer to case number KFC Customer Care Case CAS-395761-K9C8Y5 I logged last year October. Today I purchased a 15 piece bucket and 10 zinger wings which was 1 piece of chicken short which I did not mind after I stood 10 minutes at a till because due a system error. Now at my last piece of zinger at a family lunch my zinger had blood on which was dis [censored]ing gusting like really which was the last straw I had I had with KFC VANGATE MALL. I called the store and spoke to a very nice lady Zola who understood my situation very well, but like I understand she has to work like everyone else does following orders.

It takes me an hour to drive to the mall and back home and my airtime I wasted cost money, upon my arrival I spoke to Zola and she said she needs to call the supervisor Andrea. Andrea the supervisor only wanted compensate me a street wise 3 and replace my 10 zinger wings. I was unhappy 😒 because my drive time and my my meal was unpleasant and it's not the bloody 1st time, to me as I work in retail that tells me she does not care about the employees who work there cause that means customers can go to hell. KFC is based on satisfactory and happiness on enjoying your meal. But she does not give a [censored] about customers. I requested my full meal to be replaced after all I have been through seeing I have kept quiet the 1st time about my satisfactory and she said no 🚯. So now I report this matter to the health department and to the newspaper 🗞, cause I have had it now. I tried to be nice and drove all the way to KFC and I also I have the previous emails of the burger se attached pics and pics now of my incident

KFC chicken tenders

I was in the store on Bouldercrest Rd Atlanta, Ga. Dominque Wilkins Partner
Orderes four(4) chicken tenders boxes and on two(@) piece wing box. When I looked in the chicken tenderes boxes they were about ten(10) hard pieces of chicken for the tenders terrible looking hard rocks. They recook and the second batch was find(Mgr. Marcus) cooked those. Customer service was horrible the cashier that waited on me
was very ugly with her tone didnot give me cups for the meals threw the chicken boxes on the counter like she did not have time to wait or be bothered. When I got home I had all wedges and macaronia/cheese no mashed potatoes as requested. Terrible service. Will not go there again.

KFC refused to accept our scottish notes

We visited this KFC for our dinner while on holiday, we placed our order and the staff then refused our Scottish notes, telling us it was stated on wall but was not visible to us! We were very angry about the service and attitude we received as this was the only place in our 7 day holiday that refused our Scottish money! I would like some sort of explanation as to why our money was refused especially in this area which is used by tourists all the time! Hope you can give me a valid reason for this as very unhappy with KFC 😤

KFC zinger stacker combo and zinger combo

Both combos were cold the chips were not fresh and the buns were stale not happy with our meals at all . This is not the first time either Everytime we order our meals are cold and they are never fresh if this continues we will no longer be ordering from Kentucky fried chicken in gunnedah. All I ask is for our meals to be enjoyable for once instead of being terrible.

On Saturday, july 27th 2019 I went through drive through at approximately 9:50 pm. The business was closed. Lady came to drive thru window and motioned the business was closed. She didn't open the window. I drove around and according to the posted hours they business should open. This is not the first time I have encountered this at the same location. Even online it says this location is open until 10:30 pm.

KFC kfc original recipe chicken thighs

We live in Hennessey, OK and have bought old retried, greasy, hard chicken twice lately, thinking we was getting fresh! We have had to give both batches to our dogs due to the fact that we could not stomach it! I am very tired of paying out the nose for old, dried up, retried, sickening chicken from KFC. The chicken has a hard and very dark texture inside. It's not edible and I'm afraid of getting sick it I tried.

KFC service

I order a meal from KFC online and 12 pcs of bucket with buns and fries spicy I recieve and 12 chicken pieces fries coleslaw and Pepsi
when I call to branch for bun so they say sorry it's a minor mistake and they will send bun
if we wait for bun then our meal will not be able to eat when it's cold
so we ask them for a new meal with bun and we tell them exchange our meal with new meal and bun so they refuse and they send bun
we got bun when we had our meal finish
so is this your service for your customer

KFC dried chicken breast tainted with insect

On July 3, 2019, we bought $50+ worth of take-out from this location and took it home to eat. As I was getting down to the bone of the chicken breast, there was a black worm-like LIVE insect. Needless to say, I was totally freaked out, not knowing if had eaten any or if there were live eggs in the chicken I had eaten. I immediately searched for a telephone number to contact KFC and reported this incident and was given a case number. I have 5 witnesses to this event and a video taken by my daughter of the insect. I have heard NOTHING from KFC despite the report, despite calling again on 7/16, despite leaving voicemail messages for the Exec. VP of Marketing, and on 7/23, voicemail messages for the COO and the President of KFC US. I'm in the process of having the insect, at a cost to me, hopefully, identified by Rutgers, State University, entomology division. No contact from KFC, next contact by me will be an attorney! I used to enjoy KFC, never again, would you? After finding a LIVE insect in your chicken? And, corporate that doesn't care?
