KFC service

Was greeted by not understanding service clerk and when asked what he said he was short with me. Person cleaning tables did not clean very good and pants were sagging like his pants were going to fall off. Went to get a Dr. pepper and it was flat when mentioned it to the clerk was greeted with no smile and rolled his eyes. Very bad service. The food was good but the service needs to be better. Everyone looked like they were mad for working.

KFC poor service

went to kfc on fri july 12th at 3;30 pm after an all day of treatments and appts for boyfriend who has cancer. decided to grab food to go home. ordered the 20.00 fill up with an extra mac n cheese. preceeded to wait 15 min along with 3 otheer customers that were ahead of me, when we aske what waqs the hold up, they said fryer wasnt working, one customer asked why he wasnt told that when he ordered, they replied they didnt know til they went to cook more, i preceeded to wait another 15 m9n til i recieved my order.be in a hurry to get my boyfriend home i did not check my bag.once i got home and got him settled i went to fix him some food to find that i had 2 potatoes, 1 gravy 1 cole slaw in bag, NO nucket of chicken, No biscuits and no extra mac n cheese. so i called number on my reciept and talked to heather and told her what i received and did not receive, she replied do you want to come back and pick it up, i replied i lived a half hour away and you dont want be coming back out there now, i was not in the best of moods, so she said i could pick up when i was in town again so will see on monday what happens when i go back in town again ths is the worst experience i have ever had . have never had this kind of service here before. ty ronda martin

KFC customer service and food preparations

The female cashier had a disgusting attitude the whole time while taking my order. When I asked for 2 popcorn chickens she did not let me know that it would take 20 minutes to make fresh nuggets. Also while waiting for the workers to make fresh nuggets they made 3 KFC bowls, with popcorn chicken nuggets. The workers that were preparing the food did not wear gloves, expect for one black male worker with a tattoo on his right forearm, until I asked for them to wear gloves while preparing my food. I am highly disappointed in the fact that a customer had to ask an employee to wear gloves even though that's included in protocol.

KFC service - cashier danielle

Customer Service sucks at this location. The cashier I believe she said her name was Danielle but on my receipt it states DAVIDL. Her attitude not inviting never acknowledged us seemed to be upset when she gave me my receipt she was rude and then when our food was ready they just left it on the counter. It took my niece to ask if it was ours for them to even say anything.

I put in a complaint with Manager Ernest but he seemed to not care and actually looked like Danielle wanted to fight me which I'm very glad Ernest pushed her back because no one was restraining me and I would've laid her out on the ground if she would've tried anything with me.

I need you to know what type of workers you have rude and no customer service experience whatsoever. And when approached about their rudeness they want to fight their customers.

KFC service

Waited in line for over 20 minutes just to get to the window and be ignored because two girls were talking about some boy and his business, finally get my food and they forget half of it because they can't do their jobs because of running their mouths I guess so instead of waiting in line again I go in and as I'm waiting the lady in front of me is getting her food they also forgot to give her and I hear the MANAGER look at her and say eww you're fat! Like wtf seriously the freaking ugly [censored] over weight manager just looked at a customer who's food they forgot and called her fat are you kidding me!

KFC service

I went to the KFC on Glisan and 122nd Portland OR 07/10/19 around 8:20 PM . The greetings that we received when we came in was not very welcoming first of all the lady at the front counter was on her cell phone I asked a question she didn't even look me in my face we don't have any I asked if you have any chicken wings she never look me in my face we no have any. My question is how do you deal with someone's food and you're on your cell phone and you go back to prepare the food to bring to the front without washing your hands and you still have your cell phone. She could have said we're not able to make chicken anymore right now instead of never looking me in my face and tell him we don't have any poor customer service

KFC drive through times, sanitary

It was about 2:05 pm we went and ordere 2 small meals, person taking the order was slightly distracted but friendly. I dont think it was drive through persons fault, I've pulled over to eat across the street and from the short window of time 2:10-2:50 5 cars have left without ordering its empty and times are horrible. It's not functioning properly at all and is rapidly losing customers. If my camera was functioning I'd send a picture of the mold going down the side of the building next to the drive window but it won't be that hard to spot if someone checked it out.

KFC no fried chicken prepared, poor customer service

On7/9/2019 at approximately 8:20PM I went through the drive thru at KFC in Snellville, Ga. I ordered the $5 Fill Up (Breast). I was asked if I wanted it grilled. I said no I want fried. He told me it would be 5-6 mins cause they only had grilled. I said I would wait. I pulled around to the door. At 9:07PM I received my food! They offered no apology, didn't ask if I wanted something for my wait! This isn't the first time they didn't have fried chicken! I will never return to this location again!

KFC i'm a grubhub driver

I went to the kfc at 5933 peach street, and on two occasions I had to wait over 25 minutes to get my orders, and the staff were very unprofessional, on my first occasion I came to get my order I had to wait 25 minutes and drive thru was over 35 minutes, and customers left, on my second visit it happened again the crew was rude and unprofessional, it is literally the worst kfc in Erie, Pennsylvania

KFC service

July 9, 2019, 7:00 pm. On hold waiting for someone to take my order for over 15 minutes and this isn't the first time. Customer service is horrible like they take lessons in rudeness. Can hear pots and pans clanging in the background, guess they're washing them instead of waiting on me. When phone finally gets picked up again I am told they're not supposed to take orders over the phone and that they were busy. I placed my order and drove over, about 5 minutes away. I get there and there are NO customers there at all. So much for being busy. Unfortunately its the only KFC in town. I am seeing other posts regarding poor customer service. So corporate, do you actively seek rude, excuse making personnel or do you just not care. Resolution I would like to see would be personnel do their job in an efficient and professional manner.

Ordered my meal at the drive-thru, cripsy chicken sandwich, coleslaw. Jemeisha had an attitude when I presented her my coupon, as if she didn't know what to do on the register with the coupon. The manager came to assist her. She then roughly handed me my bag. I looked in my bag and asked for napkins. She gave me one napkin. I pulled off. After making it to my destination to eat, the coleslaw was watery and runny and the chicken on the sandwich was SPOILED. I took the order back and began to speak with the cashier at the register. She went and got management, as I was explaining to the manager, the big sponge-bob ugly chick (Jemeisha) at the drive-thru window said, "she wanted the coleslaw on the side". My response was, "what are you talking about, I have a complaint regarding my food preperation little girl, stop talking to me and let me discuss this with your manager. The manager began to prepare me a new order. The drive-thru cashier "sponge bob" Jemeisha continued to talk. I told her a few things to get her quiet. The manager made me a new order and apologized for my inconvenience. She advised me to do the survey and address what happened with the cashier at the window Jemeisha. Leaving the store the manager advised her that she shouldn't have said anything to the customer because it didn't concern her.

KFC kfc in pacific, mo 63069 - service and food

The KFC in Pacific, MO is horrible from the service to the food. The chicken leave a film of grease in your mouth. It taste terrible. It's not the golden brown that you see in your commercials at all. It is dark and dry looking. This place can be a hit or miss. One time you can try them and it taste good. However, that is like finding a needle in a hay stack. The workers seem clueless. Maybe you should send out secret customers.

I don't really have a complaint, I just really, really want to know what are the original chicken littles are coming back? KFC fill up box

I originally asked for breast and wing meal but was told they were out of xtracrispy so I ordered the fill up box. When I got home the chicken was not cooked enough the breading was falling off and it was slimy. The order was supposed to come with a cookie which I did not get. I was extremely unhappy with the food . I've never had a bad experience in 25 years with kfc till now.

KFC 12 piece bucket of chicken

on 7-7-19, I ordered and paid 32.78 for an order consisting of a 12 piece grilled chicken bucket and side orders..when I got home with the chicken, to start with, there were only 11 pieces of chicken..and most of them were so small, they is no way that they could have come from a grown chicken. I have never in my entire life saw such small legs and wings(which is mostly what was in the bucket..maybe 6 pieces of decent sized chicken. this was totally outrageous considering how much I paid for this order!.I would like a refund or at least a partial refund..I live in NC, but was visiting my very sick sister in VA..my name is Karen Turner..my address is 188 Amos Lane, Mount Airy, NC 27030..attaching a photo of the receipt..wish I had thought and made pics of the very small pieces of chicken!..

KFC original recipe

In the 3 KFC restaurants we visit in Athens, Ga. the food is totally disgusting. Each time we go we think if will be the great fried chicken we used to get when we would occasionally go to lunch or pick up a bucket on Sunday. The chicken is always dark and unattractive on the outside and black on the bone on the inside. The chicken tastes very old and reheated. I'm not sure why we go back but we will not be trying it for a long while to come. There is only one person working the front counter and today, there was no diet pepsi, no tea on the front. They has unsweet at the drive through window but no sweetner in the store. KFC use to be the great go to fried chicken, but not any more here in Athens. The one on the east side is really bad, but the Atlanta highway, store, was really bad today. I asked for a bag so my dog could have my lunch.

KFC drive through meals

I visited one of you shops on 06/07/2019 at 5.18pm.
I ordered 3 meals with 2extra sids and extra drink plus extra dips, it was very busy and was asked to park up for 2 minutes. After 20 minutes we were served our food but was misssing one drink and dips. That was resolved.
On arriving at my daughters I was horrified at what I was to find in the bag.
All the food was mixed up in 3 bags, now I was faced with a choice take it back or ring the store so I rang up and there was no answer.
My grandson who has autism, has a food phobia and cannot bear to have his food messed with, so for me to try and dish up his food left him distressed. The food should have been served has shown on your advertising posters not simply tossed all to gether for me to try and make sense of our order. Has I live in Lancashire and did not have time to return to the store I took photos of the bags before and after I opened them. Please take the time and look at them, food should be served in away that makes you happy to eat not more likely to put in the bin. To say I am disappointed is a understatement.

KFC wait

I went to KFC Drive thru in vidalia GA on 7/7/19. Placed my order at 8:32 was told it was going to be a 3 minute wait & to pull into a parking spot. I waited until 08:54 with no one coming so I went inside. Proceeded to wait another 5 mins before being asked if I could be helped. Got my order but they threw my receipt away. Ridiculous. Won't be back.

KFC racism

INT Food Services Corp RUC: [protected] Which operates a KFC in Cumbaya, Ecuador has been racist a number of times in two years. Let me explain. This American company franchise discriminates against "extranjeros". Anytime someone who is not Ecuadorian orders food, they receive: approximately 10 french fries which are cold, a child size piece of chicken, a small drink, and no coleslaw in my case for my Big Box which cost $5.99. C. Sanders would roll over in his grave to know that his company was franchised and allowed to discriminate against Americans abroad. For $2.99-$3.99 they give the native population huge pieces of chicken, fries, etc. So, today they out did the discrimination. My Big Box 5 Estrella had exactly:
10 fries
5 small popcorn chicken pieces
1 very small chicken leg
and one small cup for watered down soda
Total: $ 5.99

I am disgusted. It was worse than I would feed my dog. I told them last time, when they fixed what they did, that the very next time I would write to complain. I am tired of the outright discrimination at this facility and others in Ecuador. I think that KFC's image is more than tarnished. I am truly sad that this great American company has allowed itself to be so debased. At least at the McDonald's next to the KFC for the same money I get twice as much. Tribute to C. Sanders, I am glad you didn't get to see this shameful thing.
