KFC review: Chicken and fries was overcooked

Brenda McElhany of Tuttle, US

Jan 12, 2022 6:52 pm UTC

I went to KFC in Newcastle Okla on 01/12/2022, I ordered a 12 pc bucket of chicken, with 3 sides, could not get biscuits because they were having a problem with their oven. It seems like they always have an issue with something everytime I go. Havent been able to get biscuits on several occasions. Didnt even really enjoy the meal due to it being overcooked. For the cost of it which was $37, it wasnt worth it.

Desired outcome: Would like a refund
