Arrive to KFC (6892 Highway 85 Riverdale, GA 30274) after lobby closed. Went to drive-thru and when was greeted said just one moment my guest didn't know what they wanted because they couldn't see the board. About every 5-10 seconds with a soft voice the girl kept saying hurry up how may I help you. My guest yelled back hold on and then went on to ask about the $5 box the young lady started to explain items 5 - 9 and 13 and then sounds like manager got on other handset and said hurry up very loudly and said we have a line behind you. There were literally no other cars in line we were the only ones there. So guest proceeded to order the $5 box and then same loud lady said we don't have any sides and then said we need to hurry up because a line of people. At that moment the rest of my party pulled up behind me. One car that was with us. I was supposed to be ordering and paying for everyone. My guest was trying to figure out why there wasn't any sides and I explained to him that I used to be a manager for four years and sometimes at night we do not like to open up or cook more stuff because could be a waste even though they had a whole hour and half before closing. So during that time the girl gave a total of $7.01 drive around and don't see how that is with a $5 box. I proceeded to window and gave my card. The food was ready and I was trying to inform young lady that I'm paying for next car. She have a low voice and said please move. I said pardon and my guest was asking hold on let him check because we don't know what food item they wrong up because all my receipt says is Credit Sale (Trans 1215). She then stated please move out my line there are other customers coming and need not to mess up her time. I said okay because I'm aware that time is counting but we haven't even been there 1 minute and haven't paid for next order. My guest said you only gave him one spoon of mac and cheese and this is not even chicken. Again she said we have to get out of line, so I drove off because my guest was becoming very agitated. I did call the other party and inform them not to order I will take them some where else. I arrived back to the station and was explaining to co workers what just happen and how they don't even have a number or anything on receipt to call or have questions about. The store number no one answered. The Mayor just so happen was there and stated that's the reason they don't eat there and this have been going on at that location for a while. They stated they travel another 15 minutes just to get there food because customer service is horrible. I am not a fan of their food but you never know who you are servicing and this was a bad look for the KFC brand. There's two KFC's by my house and my family have never had a bad experience. Just wanted to bring to you all attention about this location before it goes too far because I have heard some shocking things about this location and how they want to get a team to go in and possibly get this one out of the community. Before anything comes out in paper wanted to give you all time to probably train. It could have been a bad night or short staff. I have being there before that's why I'm not quick to judge and I tell people unless you have worked there you can't just say what they need to do. Just remember every customer is special, you never know whose in your company.

your store at mangere airpot you people need to get your staffing an roster right my daughter has been with you since march she has just been given 5 days contract she was asked by a supervisor how many hours does she have she said she has two permanent shifts tues an weds 4.30pm to closing my daughter said the supervisor went to the manager an told him to give her more days because she could see how hard she works the manager asked my daughter what hours she could work she said 7am to 4pm she has the contract but this has not been signed off by the manager that gave it and it has been three weeks i find how the store is being managed is absolutely disfunctional i say this by the way my daughter is working, she gets given a start time then is asked to work on why because of staff shortage like tonight so i have told her to do her shift only an clock out. I have been to several kfc stores an have seen that you only have the younger people their i put forward that you employ the older generation for the late shifts an weekends, why because its the weekends the young ones like to go out

I went to my local KFC in Olive Branch MS on hacks cross road. When I pull up to the speaker to order, no one responds. So I wait for a few minutes thinking that they are busy waiting on the people that just ordered before me. Well I sit there for 10 minutes and not a single response from any of the employees inside. So I decided to leave. I drive around and see no customers at the window but all 4 employees standing inside at the window. They where on the phones or talking with each other. They couldn't of cared less. I will not be returning to this location again. I am sure they don't care that I am complaining, nor does the company. I hope that this will be helpful to other people that have had the same experience as I have had. It's a shame also because I love there chicken.

Sat to order for about 5 minutes finally went to the window and lady told me that her husband was speaking with her and that they weren't open yet because they wasn't ready. Hours on door says they open at 1030. She went on and took our order after I told her about the store hours on door says they open at 1030 but was very rude

First of all, I have never been to a KFC before 7pm and they had not already ran out of original recipe chicken of some type. This applies to both the Burlington and Reidsville, NC locations. There seems to be a lack of communication between the who's ordering inventory and who's selling the food. But better than that, at my first and very LAST visit to the KFC in Reidsville, NC, while I waiting in the drive thru line for 15 minutes plus, I kept seeing people walk up to the lobby door to only turn around, get back in their car and drive off. I was eventually asked to pull around to the front while the rest of my food was cooked, told it would take 2 more minutes. After sitting there another 5 min, I walked to the door myself. It was locked. So I banged on the window to get someone's attention. I guess the employees decided they didn't want to serve anyone else after 8pm, however the lobby was suppose to be open until 9pm.

I am writing to raise my complaint regarding the services that I have been receiving from KFC lately. I reside in Kuwait and have been an ardent customer of KFC since childhood. However, since the last 2 years, I have been served very disappointing and unappealing food from the KFC branch in Salmiya Cooperative, Kuwait.
I usually place the order via their hotline number and the food is delivered home. The delivery time is excellent and the staff is very polite. I have to commend them for that. But the food quality has been degrading since the last 2 years. The food that is delivered to me is either soggy and extremely oily. And it is evident that the food has been repeatedly fried. I have never complained, but had considerably reduced the number of orders I placed.
However, the previous time I ordered, the food was extremely bad. This was about 3 weeks ago. The chicken and fries were very oily. I would have put up with that. But this time, the chicken smelled spoiled and I could not eat it. I ordered the Snack Box and all the pieces smelled like it was spoiled. It was a terrible experience and I just threw it away in the trash.
I am extremely disappointed about this because KFC has been my favorite fast food place since childhood. But I cannot put up with the low quality anymore since it will affect the health as well.
I would appreciate if you would kindly look into this matter and ensure that this is not repeated. KFC is not a brand that serves spoiled food. It is an international and much loved brand, and such issues will tarnish the brand name.
I do not wish to put any staff in trouble. I hope this will not affect them. But I seriously look forward to better food quality the next time I place an order. screaming match between employees with customers in store
On 8/27/18 at 4:56 pm I was eating in KFC restaurant J235066 in Enterprise Al when a screamimg match occurred between employees. I am only assuming it was between a manager and employee. I was completely astounded by there Complete unprofessional behavior. This went in for several minutes. That aside, the restaurant is in pretty pitiful condition. Bathrooms were terrible. The experience between the employees not to mention the overall appearance of the restaurant made it and easy decision to never return again. I took several photos but can get uploaded.
6 piece bucket
I purchase a 6 piece bucket extra crispy and all of them breasts, with two small chicken mustard sandwich. I payed extra because I have ask for the bucket to be all chicken breast. I have never had an issue with KFC before but my fiancee and I have gotten sick because of this meal. It was the only meal we had for the day. old chicken and bad customer service
On Sunday, August 26, 2018, I went to the KFC #H730049, located at 3819 Walnut St., Harrisburg, PA. My Ticket #4239 and the time was 3:46 PM. The cashier name on my receipt is Will.
I purchased eight (8) pieces of chicken four (4) breasts and (4) thighs. I paid $16.95 in cash.
My main complaint is that I was given old chicken that was not hours old but days old. It was dark, dry and some pieces had skin and some didn't. This is not the first time this has happened and I will never go there again.
The rest of my complaints are as follows:
1. The drive thru was closed and a sign said come to the window and place your order but when you drove to the window, another sign said "Closed." So, I drove back around and parked.
2. No one was at the front of the restaurant when I went in. There were all outside smoking in the parking area.
3. There was a woman already standing at the counter when I walked in, waiting for something (she was eating there)
4. When Will walked in, there was no Hello, Welcome, nothing but a stare.
5. When I placed my order, he said the price, I gave him my money, he gave me my change and turned and walked to the back.
6. There was no chicken to be seen up front.
7. After about five minutes, Will comes up with a bag, hands it to me and still never said a word. What happened to Customer Service?

Order a.10 piece thigh and drumstick meal came to about 27 dollars I live 30 minutes from there got hom discovered I was given a 7 piece meal so I called and they told me they would give me a 10 piece chicken to replace the mixup. Told us to. eat. what we had a d when I wanted the 10 piece my name was on list just come get it. So this took place august 25th saturday 2018 after I ate1 piece and some sides within 1.5 hrs I got very ill diarheaa and nausea. Lasted from saturday around 3 pm till. sunday the 26th about o pm I went a d got the 10 piece promised to us on sunday evening around 5 pm again now my husband ate 3 pkeces I ate 1 again now were both very ill with diarheaa again! The restUrant was dirty staff was nlt caring I have to wonder whats happening this is 3rd time in. amo th weve ate and gotten sick at this location. The store in Heber Springs, Arkansas is filthy and poorly run. They run out of food, have gotten orders wrong, have served cold or raw food, people have gotten sick from eating the food and the employees don't wash their hands, are rude and disrespectful to customers. Many customers have made complained to the manager and nothing has been done to remedy the problem.

Thursday August 23, 2018 I ordered two 2 piece white chicken meals at the KFC on William Cannon and IH 35 location in Austin, Texas. When I made it home I opened the boxes and was saddened to see that the chicken pieces were chocolate brown burnt. What made it worst was that the gravy on the mashed potatoes tasted burnt too. The chicken also didn't have much of the original recipe taste I'm use to. This is the 2nd time we have ordered KFC chicken where the flavor isn't quite right. Also last time it was a bit greasier than usual. We have to drive a distance in bad traffic to get to KFC so we get it when we are in that neighborhood. We have no complaints on customer service. So Please talk to management about the quality and original KFC taste of the chicken and the gravy. I will now have to locate another KFC to go to and try it out. Hope it's better. First off after I ordered 3 meals to go, I was given 3 cups so I can fill up my drinks from the fountain soda machine. I wanted cherry pepsi but the syrup was out.. then I tried mountain dew and the syrup was out for that as well.. I told one of the workers. He replied "what do you mean the syrup is out?" I showed him by pressing cherry pepsi and that only clear carbonized liquid was coming out. I asked him if he can change the syrup so i can get cherry pepsi or MD. He said "No". I said why not? Can you ask the manager or someone then? He said "No, thats not my job". I was irritated but I didnt want him to ruin my day so I just got regular pepsi. There was 5 workers working but every order was backed up. It wasnt even packed so I dont know what was going on but they kept taking orders but nothing was coming out. So when everybody kept complaining theyve been waiting over 30 minutes. They said we will give you a free cake for giving out your order so late. Guess what? I waited 45 minutes for my 3 meals to go and I got no free cake. Maybe because I was the only asian person in there. Only the black people got free cake. So now im pretty upset and I came home. Me and my family sat down to eat. The chicken was all burnt. So we ended up throwing everything out. Today was the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. I will be filing a complaint everywhere possible. I will call corporate and make sure this KFC changes the entire staff. And I want a reimbursement for the trouble I went through today.

Your branch at KFC Hornby christchuch New zealand is rubbish poor service slow service and the food is sometimes still red in the middle ive complained about that and was supposed to get a voucher which didnt happen at all staff show no manners at all and place is always in a mess and for a company selling food there standeds are shocking.

Requested 4 original chicken to be dropped in deep fryer for 2 minutes manager flat out refused I have had it cook like this many times it's how I prefer my original chicken had to settle for McDonald's and even they made the chicken crispy for us .me and my kids were really disappointed I've never had a problem with this request in the past the store was not even busy the manager will not even look me in the face she was extremely rude this was on Baldwin and Staples in Corpus Christi Texas round about 9 p.m.

The KFC in Bloomfield NJ on Glenwood Ave has some of the most rude and nasty workers I have encountered and this includes the Manager! She was slow and had a bad attitude like I was bothering her, the lines got longer and longer and I was in there for 30 minutes waiting. Every time I go in there is the same, the last draw was when I went into the KFC and her young friends came in and were served first while every one else was standing in line like we did not matter. Needless to say I was not happy, when it came to my turn(finally) she looked at me and said "something wrong with you!" I could not believe that! Today I asked for salt "We an't got no salt! she stated. Which was a lie. I will not be going back there again!

On Thursday [protected] at the drive thru, I ordered 2 chicken meals (ticket #19910 from Newton Road in Virginia Beach, When I got home and took out the cole slaw was frozen . i call the store @ [protected] and the phone ringed about 10 times, but no one answered . However, the restaurant did not look busy when i was at the drive thru. but I did call back again and no one answer.
i just left work and did not feel like going all the was back to the restaurant .
Very disappointed, i am requesting some type of some type of compensation, because that was trashed .

I just left the KFC on Richmond Road in Lexington, KY. When I pulled up to the drive thru the woman immediately said "Order when you are ready" in a very rude tone. No greeting, Nothing just "order when you ready". I proceeded to order and waited a few before she again said "order when you ready" RUDELY I asked her did she not hear me already order and she said NO! very harshly. So i ordered and when I pulled up I heard her going off to her co worker who was working the drive thru. This was at 8:13 ish PM I did not receive a reciept maybe because they knew I would complain but I had a 5 dollar fill up with slaw original add a chicken. You all need to train your employees to have better customer service because I was treated rudely and I will not be back to that location! The girl was a tall black woman with braids.

On Sunday, August 19, 2018 My daughter resigned from KFC due to being harassed by her supervisor LaToria Webb. The work environment became hostile and unsafe which was the reason for my for my daughters Departure. Latoria Pulled had my daughter In her office and proceeded to holler at her from the top of her voice in regards to the misconduct of another employee. She was told that she needed to clock out. My daughter was so visibly shaken that she was an able to clock out so her supervisor told her that she would clock out for her. I reached out to Latoria supervisor Kevin and I felt like my concerns were not addressed and that he basically took the side of Latoria. Latoria Did not conduct herself a professional manner. She was hostile and made the work environment unsafe who knows what other child has had this experience with her. I literally watch Latoria Outside on company time conversating with two other people while she was on the clock for over an hour and she had a headscarf on which is against company policy. When I advised Kevin of the this, I was told that it was in guidelines with company policy. However I know for a fact that it is called stealing company time . Latoria does not lead by example. Phillip Sellers of KFC Lock Haven has been telling his employees that him and I have had sex. I have never once had sex with him and I have heard from three different employees the same story about him telling them that we have had sex. If this continues any further I will be getting my lawyer involved. I am disgusted this is happening because these allegations are completely false. I would really like something done about this because it is extremely unprofessional to tell your employees about your sex life, to lie about it, and to bring people into the situation who shouldn't be involved.
