On 11/24/23 a day after thanksgiving @7:52PM my husband and I went to store#K312021 to purchase couple of buckets, as we had family over for thanksgiving. When placing our order we were told that we could only order the 8 piece and just 1 bucket no more as they were running out of Chicken. Tell me how is that my problem? I wasn't asking for free food to be told Sorry we can't sell you more. Also we were told the store was closing at 9pm when it clearly show in the window closing time was at 11pm. Any proper management would just sell whatever the customer is enquiring and if they run out just tell the next customer Sorry we are out of this but we have this available. DONT tell people Sorrry we can't sell you more chicken even thought they had more to sell. I only had enough food for the little ones and for my other guest JACK IN THE BOX CAME CLUTCH. Please KFC provide enough food for your stores. My ticket#1922

Desired outcome: I want my money back and a free bucket or 2 with large side sizes, I love kfc but this experience def. left a bad taste on my mouth.
