KFC review: $27.99 kentucky fried chicken

I have been eating Kentucky fried chicken for over 64 years. Today 01-01-22 I went to 6320 White Lane Kentucky Fried and ordered the $27.99 Bucket paid for it and went home. I sat down to eat a plate of the bucket the chicken itself was mediocure as it it had been sitting for a while when I put a biscuit on my plate it was hard like a rock as if it had been sitting too. I probably could have worn them on my shoes for soles they were so hard. The only thing eatable in the bucket was mashed potatoes and gravy. This incident occurred around 1:pm and there were no customers. my name is Patricia Bailey and I am a senior and had planned on eating this for a couple of days. I know from the hardness of biscuits that the chicken and the biscuits had been sitting for some time I do not know if this was already sitting ready for someone or what because I no more than drove to the window and she handed it to me. I can not give you a number to clue it back to me because she never gave me the receipt. This was paid for by Strata Bank card. I feel my money should be refunded as I threw out the uneatable biscuts. I know that the prices have gone up and I feel if I was willing to pay the higher pricer the meal should be hot and eatable of which it was not.
