KFC dining area

I walked in KFC, Tappahannock store and as I am waitress, noticed food all over the floor, food in the chairs, and tables not wiped.
I asked the young man (Cashier) if he would mind having someone to sweep and wipe the tables down. He wiped our table for us and began sweeping til customers came in the door.
There was another employee sitting in the dining area I suppose on break but he did not offer to help. Other customers who were seated inquired to the cashier sweeping, if he had no other help. They had already wiped there table themselves. Upon entering kfc we came across a piece of chicken on the sidewalk.

The food is always excellent but the up keep of the dining room is very poor.
Plus conversations in the work area were heard throughout the store and let's say it wasnt appropriate.
I'm submitting this complaint because I love kfc foods and hope to see a difference the next time I visit

The cashier who was very polite and kind was named Johnathon. He's a keeper. I have another picture of the chicken on the sidewalk but it wouldnt allow me to post it.

KFC chicken and biscuits

I ordered the 4 piece chicken with biscuit which should have been a breast, leg, wing, and thigh. I received 2 legs and 2 thighs which were dry. I even ordered an extra biscuits. The biscuits were so dry and hard that they crumbled into pieces. I've contacted the company already and no one has emailed me back. See the attached picture of the reference number showing that I've contacted you. I would like to be contacted via email from someone, because that meal was not worth the money I spent on it.

KFC mac n cheese fill-up bowl

I went to the KFC on grand Avenue in Covina California ordered the mac & cheese fill up #BAL and my daughter ordered the mashed potato fill up bowl When I got home I noticed that got less than half a bowl of macaroni's and a couple 34 pieces of chicken no cheese like your commercial shows why do you People put that commercial out there you are just deceiving people with that commercial my ball looks nothing like the one you show on TV I was very disappointed and I don't think I'll ever go back to your restaurant and waste my money on that crap that you're giving out my money is hard-earned I don't know but yours really disappointed in you people of the way you deceive us

KFC staff and manager

i went to u hengrove for tea and the staff on till was very rude to us and was taking to manger in there language with i found offensive and she was laughing at me and she made the mistake and manager was not help full at all time was 1255 pm date is 2019/09/17 and it was a mess where we had to eat they up set my my granddaughter and she is only 3 took us 15 min to stop her crying

KFC service

I pulled up to the drive thru window to order lunch, sat there for 5 minutes, no one answered for me to order? So I pulled up to the window to order, sat there for another 7 minutes while the employees walked back and forth starring at me?! Then the lady taking orders finally comes up to the window and was the rudest person I have ever dealt with at a drive up window, so instead of asking me what I wanted she just sat there and said I need to order from the pull up speaker area? In which I told her it was not working, she continually just sat there without taking my order! So I just pulled away! What a freaking joke I will never go to another kfc as long as im alive! This took place at 1:50 pm in the afternoon on 9/16/2019 at the kfc on 196th st in lynnwood, wa. Good thing theres an ezell's chicken right across the street that I can get my chicken from! Good by kfc.

KFC quality of food

I have bought a family meal twice from our local kfc here in the last 2 years. The first time I ordered a family meal (around 30 dollars or so) in original recipe. It was so dry it tasted like cardboard and was barley etible. It also had no taste and was greasy on top of it. Ive been a kfc fan since I was a kid (63 years old) so I gave them the benifit of the doubt. There food was so bad I did wait a year or so before I gave them a second shot. My mistake, worst than the last time. They dont advertize there original recipe anymore. That was the chicken that made them a sucess. I wont be going back ever. There commercials are also about as stupid as they could get. So long, my business goes to popees chicken now.

KFC packaging

Please do not package the cookies in individual plastic containers. As a customer the packaging is annoying, I like the paper pouch. As a concerned person for the environment, I also prefer the paper pouch. The plastic wrapper feels hard to open after eating fried chicken with my hand. The plastic pouch also gives it a nasty taste, like the aroma of the plastic gets fused into the cookie.

I used to look forward to getting this cookie. The paper pouch made it feel more home made. Now with the plastic pouch I feel like I'm eating some mass made pathetic snack that doesn't taste anywhere near as good as the cookie when you just had it in the paper pouch.

KFC worst customer service

I will NOT be going back to the KFC in Millbrook, AL. Worst customer service I've ever encountered. I gave it 1 star only because it wouldn't allow me to post the review without selecting a rating. I ordered 3 pot pies last night and the drive thru worker told me it would be 10 minutes. I said "that's fine, I'll pull around and wait". Twenty minutes later, no one had brought my order out so I went inside. After standing at the counter for a couple of minutes, the girl working the drive thru came around from the back and saw me and said it would be another 15 minutes. What!? You told me 10 minutes 25 minutes ago. The excuse was they forgot to put them in when ordered. I asked why she hadn't at least given me the courtesy to come outside and tell me. She gave a half-hearted apology and basically just stood there staring at me. I'm not an unreasonable person. I understand things happen but, when something like this occurs, the right thing to do is try to make the customer happy. So, I expected an offer of a free meal or at least a discount. Nope. Neither. I asked for the manager and she said, "I'm the manager." Really? You're the manage, you are responsible for this fiasco and yet you aren't even going to give me a discount? She replied, "No ma'am." After giving her a couple more opportunities to make it right and her refusal to do so, I got my refund, asked for her name, and left. I've never experienced such disregard for customer satisfaction and I would not recommend this location to anyone! I've heard others complain about the service at the Millbrook KFC and now I understand why. I hope someone in upper management pays attention to reviews because I doubt I'm the only customer they have lost.

KFC bad service/ false advertising

When I want to go in and order some chicken the lobby said it's open from 10 am til 10 pm so it's was close at 8:00 when I asked the worker she was very rude and had a nasty attitude then went to the drive thru she made me wait another 20 min then to say they was out of chicken when it was a car in front of me a worker peep their head out the window and when I asked for a manager she said she was the manager and her name was deshunna I think this is very unprofessional it's so many restaurants on germantown parkway and I choose to spent my money here I will never return to this location and will let other know about my bad experience!

KFC employee

I am right now sitting in the Fredonia, New York location. I was waited on by a young girl coughing and just couldn't keep her fingers away from her nose. I dont think that she felt real well, but boy was she grumpy. I would hope that if she didn't feel well that management would let her go home, but I didn't see her ask anyone. I was thankful she wasnt working with the food directly, but shes close enough at the counter touching things. I didn't get her name, but she was the only one cashing people out.
I dont normally complain, but this being a sanitary issue. She could also use some people skills.

KFC service

This KFC on Harrisburg Pike in Columbus Ohio has went downhill very badly they literally repeat your order back to you and get it wrong lawyer sides are Hatfield or there's no cookie in the box or you get a thigh when you want a leg substitute or you order mashed potatoes without gravy and get gravy they literally will read it back to you and still get it wrong... I don't think I will come back to KFC for a long time raising Cane's treats me better and their orders are never messed up... sry guys

KFC kfc worker tried to steal my credit card

KFC worker at the window Said that she gave me my card back but did not then I heard her talking to her coworkers about taking my card… Then she rudely said she didn't have my card and close the window... I then honked my horn and asked to speak to management in which he said they were going to look for the card and they found it under some napkins which is [censored] because she was trying to steal my card.

KFC fried chicken, sides, and service

We went in to the restaurant and ordered our food. After waiting for 10 minutes, they said it's going to be another 6 minutes on biscuits. We asked why weren't told before ordering. The girl looked over at the cashier and said " you have to check biscuits". My husband said he didn't want to wait considering it had been a long wait as is. Then our order was incorrect. I asked for the bean burrito that was left off. When we got home ( which is 5 minutes away) our chicken was cold and the sides we're barely warm. This was a terrible waste of 25.00. This isn't the first time we've had problems at this location. I am unhappy with the service and the food. We like to eat Kfc chicken but stuff like this is why we haven't been eating here.

KFC my order

I ordered a popcorn chicken meal with a large mashed potato and gravy, large wedges, large string and several kfc hot sauce. When I got home I realized the biscuit was Dowie, I did not get my large drink, and my popcorn chicken was not even 3/4 of the way full in my container, and I got no sauces. I have attempted seven times to contact the store and not once did they answer. I have had problems in the past and at this point I'm very discouraged and not sure if I will ever go to that location again. I would really appreciate a response send a call back at [protected]..

KFC chicken and sides

The last two times my family chose KFC for dinner the chicken pieces were tiny like they came from anerexic chickens, the sides were only 1/2 filled in the tiny little containers.each side only had about a tablespoon of food.I don't like getting cheated that badly.what we ordered should have been enough to feed my family and had chicken left over . when we were finished we had to put a pizza in the oven because we all were still hungry.been to Popeyes and was good and everyone was full.kfc used to be good.what happened? Will be hard to choose KFC in the future! I feel you people owe me for stealing my money!

KFC the entire store

I went to get the new mac n cheese bowl, after waiting 15 mins in drive thru line. I was told they did not have any and I could wait 30 min for them to make it. Returned the next day again no mac n cheese and no soda, cashier was mopping floors and said that due to corporate cut backs they did not have these items. returned 3 rd day and was told they still did not have mac n cheese or soda, but if I wanted to wait 30 min they would make some. This is the last straw 3 days in a row !

KFC pre-packaged cookies

They used to bake the cookies in the restaurant fresh daily and my kids loved them but now with the pre-packaged cookies my kids won't even look at them. They are hard, not very tasty, and small compared to the fresh baked ones. I'd be surprised if the restaurants even sell them like the would sale the fresh baked ones. I am very unhappy with this change.

KFC customer service

Just attempted to go through the drive thru at Chillicothe, OH KFC. Waited 10 minutes to find out they were not taking debit cards through drive thru-only done in. No sign to let customers know before waiting in line. Went into dining room, ordered, drive thru staff was visibly frustrated and throwing hands up. After 28 minutes of total wait time i got my 3 dinners.

KFC environment/service

On Tuesday 9-3 I walked into Kentucky fried chicken at 5pm. By 5:30 I still did not receive my food.
Employees were walking around singing, drinking while making customers food, floors were completely dirty. One employee was running with a ton of trays almost slipped on the door dropping the trays, a supervisor was sitting in the back on a box, I would love to put this all done but it would be multiple pages. I ordered my food at 5pm and customers came in after me got there food first. Me and two other lady's were waiting for our food and I had to say hey why are these people getting there food and we are not, we were told oh sorry computer must have been messed up. The restaurant was dirty, employees on there phone, drinking pop while making our food, touching everything with gloves on - not to mention they must not be educated in cross contamination. The list goes on. I will never step foot in the Chelsea place again. Managers never apologized, no we're sorry, no here have a discount or anything. But the employees can stand around drinking pop and singing and be on there phones instead of cleaning the restaurant and actually working.
Poor customer service and poor management.

KFC pot pie

Since trying your pot pie over a week ago, I had fell in love with the pot pie, and I bought a total of 7 within this time frame. I got a to go order last night, of course the pot pie and while eating it, I almost choked to death on a 2" chicken bone! I tried to call the KFC where I bought it and no one would answer the phone at all and I'm still trying today to have someone answer the phone!
