We purchased a $30 bucket of chicken on 3/22/22 at your facility in Angola, Indiana. Normally this size bucket will give my husband and I 3 large meals and one lunch. When I got home and unpacked the bucket, the size of the chicken pieces were so small, we only got 2 small meals. It was the correct number of pieces but they were unacceptable to me. The drumstick only measured 2 1/2 inches and had about 2 bites of meat. The other pieces also were small.

Since we live 22 miles from your restaurant, it is not possible for us to return it. Instead, I filed a complaint and got a reply that it was received; however, I have not received any further communication and it is still unresolved.

Desired outcome: I would like a refund on my order so that I can return and check to see if the issue has been resolved.
