I was at store #L765024 in Belton SC. Service was slow. A man came in to buy a bucket of chicken. He was told it would take an hr. to get his food. So he ask for a smaller amount.He was told again an hr wait. They had chicken in the warmers.Not sure what pieces but lots of it. This man never got any food. It was only 6:16 pm. There is no reason for this type of service. Heck you can cook chicken faster than that at home. I felt it was a race issue which is not right as he was a different race than all your help. Something needs to be done about this. Business like this will get the place shut down.

I just returned home from trying to get a couple of 3 pc chicken dinners from the store on sw 44th and shields in Oklahoman city it was 9.45 and all parking lot lights were out along with the store signs so i checked the door it was locked. I noticed a car at the the drive thru so i rode around to the drive thru and waited and waited and waited so i said what the hell and drove to the window thinking it can't be 11.00 already as i pulled up and a rather large lady with a discusted look on her face opened the window and i ask curiously is it 11.00 already, she responded with and in a most duscuted tone "no its not 11.00 and i was busy with another customer and if you had waited i would have got to you when i was finished. Now what can i get you" with a sinister look on her face. I was taken back by that and new instantly I'm not getting anything from this angry vulgar employee and responded with i was just making sure you were not closed and i don't want anything from you with that attitude. She responds with "well your not gonna get a [censored]ing thing from me anyway [censored]" well talking about being taking back so thought to myself, I'm going to make a serious complaint about this and said to her i got you and she responded "no [censored] i got you! And you don't even know how to ride a motor cycle" that really made no sense to me so i rode around the only customer they had that was waiting on his order in the dark parkin lot and came home to write this out while fresh in my head.
I have never been so disgusted by someones action than what happened tonight. It has made me very leary about and probably won't order from there again. This was completely uncalled for and unprovoked.

Went to lunch today at the KFC new Hartford NY location . Ordered a extra crispy meal. The place had been open maybe two hours. It was just after 12 noon. The chicken looked as if it was cooked the day before. Not edible at all. This isn't the first time I've got bad food here. I stop going for a while and then think maybe I'll get good service today. Nope. Last time I'll ever go here.

I went to the KFC in North Olmsted Ohio on Saturday afternoon around 3:30 PM. After I ordered I was informed that the system was down. They had chicken they just didn't have access to the registers. I was willing to leave my credit card information but I was turned away empty-handed. Luckily there was a Popeyes down the street so I didn't disappoint my family. There's no way I should've left there without getting some chicken even if it was given to me for no charge. They were very friendly but these kids are not properly trained. They should never send away a customer disappointed and empty-handed.

Disappointing food
I was very disappointed with the service. I ordered a 10pc meal w/ mash potatoes-gravy, mac-n-cheese & baked beans. We also ordered a chicken bowl w/extra chicken. When we gone home (5 miles) we did not get the chicken bowl, the 6 biscuits that come with meal & we got coleslaw instead of mac-n-cheese. Drive back (5 miles) Anthony asked is something wrong? Why yes...a few things. Calls manager up, I tell her the problems with my order. She tells workers, why you call me up here, you messed it up, you fix it, give them completely new food. And walks away. I then waited 15 minutes for my food to be redone. When done the employee put it on the counter, said here you go, and walked away. No apology of any kind. The only thing we were comped was 4 more cinnabon biscuits (which are made from stale biscuits). We already get 4 free cinnabon biscuits with our meal, didn't want more of them. Could have offered me part of my money back. Oh yeah...the manager didn't apologize either.

On June 29 me and my daughter decided on chicken for dinner. Customer service was great but My chicken was very very crispy. Brunt on some parts and dried out. Looked like it was refried. It was late so we ate one pieceand went to bed. The next mooring our stomachs are hurting and we had the [censored]s all day. Very disappointed at the kFC on 1125 liberty in Winston Salem, NC.

Two persons at drive though for ordering; both talking back and forth to each other and me while I'm trying to order. Repeated order twice during total chaos. Service personnel were laughing and playing, I guess. Got to window and had to order again.
Girl at window said she couldn't understand my order and I said well I told it twice. She then said she was not on speaker nor at window when I ordered. What?

Moved to the uk having kfc over here is outrageously disappointing! Where is the flavour? Where are the biscuits? Where is the famous bowl? At first I thought it was just a bad first batch from the kfc in peckham, south london. Go once more the same thing? Can the headquarters in the usa make sure anyone wanting a kfc franchise actually keeps the recipe, flavours and standards the same! Actually upsetting how I can go to a regular chicken and fries shop and their food has more flavour than anything kfc in the uk has.

From igi airport new delhi my bill no [protected] dt 28.6.19 & bill no [protected] dt 28.6.19 frist i order strips they gave me cold & not properly cooked. After that i compaint they not solve my problem. After that i order popcorn they give highly spicy. I am very disappointed. First time here very bad experience. My problem is not solve at all. .

On 6/26 at 3:08 pm I went to KFC Store #G135164 and purchased a 3 piece dinner with 2 sides and biscuit. I also purchased 2 original wings. The only sides they had at the time were mashed potatoes, corn, coleslaw and potato wedges. My friend wanted the rice but was told they no longer serve it. So we got the chicken with potato wedges and corn. When we got home the chicken was burned and dried out, which is hard to do with a leg and thigh. The potato wedges were so hard and dark black that no one could eat them. The corn was also started to dry out as it was old. None of the food was good. We called the store and basically got blown off. Said we could come by and she would replace potato wedges. But I spent $10 for nothing. TRASH. Anyway I could get a refund or even a replacement?

The food at this restaurant is iffy most of the time. Have had neighbors tell me the problems they have had there.

I want to complain abou the Kentucky Fried Chicken located on Jericho Turnpike in Huntington Station, NY. I have gone there at least 10 times in the last 2 months between the hrs of 4 and 5:30 pm to purchase the 8 piece bucket of grilled chicken. EVERY time I am being told they do not have any at the time. Each time I have told them that this is the most important time of the day (dinner hour) and that they should make sure they have enough. Truthfully it is the ONLY thing healthy on your menu. You have taken off the green beans and pork and beans so the only thing left for sides is cole slaw (full of mayo), corn (no nutritional value) macaroni and cheese (full of fat).

Your grilled chicken is delicious but in my opinion you need to make sure your availability of it is made a priority. I would hope you would work on a healthier menu as well.

I have always loved the KFC Original Fried Chicken Wings. Use to order a box of 5 whole wings and it was great. Went to order them and had to get one 3pc Chicken and one 2pc Chicken, both with a biscuit. I do not like biscuits. Waste of food and you offer 5 pc Hot Wings, but they are only pieces. Paid $8.82 for 5 wings and biscuits. Maybe go back to the old 5 wing box original recipe.

Bigger issue - On this day it was very poorly run. Poor service, people waited, and the staff did not know how to be efficient or productive. Manager was a young person that had to figure out how to get me 5 wings. It is not a well run KFC. I understand you have to hire who you do, but they certainly need to know the meaning of service. Dockside Gators is right next door and they have numerous wing specials and the service and food is excellent, and pricing is not bad. Someone should pay attention to how this KFC is run. It use to be one of my favorite spots.

I ordered drive through and asked them to please make sure I had bbq sauce in the bag. I got my food from the window and looked inside and didn't see any sauce, I asked the cashier if I can please have some bbq sauce. He insisted he had put some in the bottom of the bag and didn't want to give me some after I told him. I take his word so I drive to work, when I get to work there is no sauce! I love to eat and enjoy my food with bbq sauce, horrible service.

I ordered a $5 box on June 24th located at 23rd Mlk Ne Oklahoma City, OK. My order was the bowl which comes with corn, mashed potatoes, chicken nuggets, and gravy. I asked the cashier did they have hot sauce he rudely tolde no and he doesn't know when the next order come im. I left, wemt homey food was cold, no corn, and the chicken nuggets were so hard like over cooked hard. I claled to ask why was the chicken that way and wheres the corn the manager told me thats all they had and hung up. I am a big kfc eater but after this, idk about you all anymore

On 6/24/19 at approximately 5:00-5:30 pm, we ordered an 8 piece bucket meal. The chicken was so oily and dried up (it seems like it's been sitting in the warmer for a couple of days), the skin was definitely not crispy nor original because it was tough and gummy. The 2 chicken wings were so tiny that they looked like more of pigeon wings, and of course they are included in the 8 pieces count. Their bathroom was so filthy, it's hard to imagine the hygienic condition of employees returning to work. They have an "A" rating on the window but I highly doubt it's accurate. Never again I or any of my family and friends will be back on that location. I hope it does not apply to other Kentucky locations. Thank you.

I stopped into your Lake Forrest IL location and had many of selections of restaurants to choose from!
I was going to go to Popeye's but decided to give KFC a try instead.
I like the Chicken Tenders at Popeye's so I thought I would give your tenders a try.
What a mistake! They were not crispy at all and tasted like cold breaded chicken. They were terrible. I ordered coleslaw and got mashed potatoes that were very good!
I will never try these tenders again because I will always think they will taste like this again. I was in a rush to eat so I threw them out and went o Popeye's to eat. Very disappointed customer.
