I ordered a bracelet from JTV as a Christmas gift for myself and never received it. I reported the issue to JTV and they denied the claim stating that I must contact my local police department and notify them of the loss. After months of going back and forth with JTV. I had to take a 260.00 loss for an item that I never received. This is very disappointing since this was something that did for myself after losing my husband a short time before. Be careful when ordering from this company.

I have purchased a ring and was not satisfied with the quality of my item so I contacted Jewelry Television and asked for refund. At the beginning everything seemed fine, they agreed to give me my money back and promised to give me a return address. Time passed and they never bothered to contact me.
Then I contacted them myself and spoke to another rep which told me that unfortunately they were not able to give me a refund!
I demanded some explanation, but they said sorry and suggested me to keep the ring.

It's terrible and I don't know what to do. I ordered a ring from this site and it was quite expensive. My order was made over a month ago and according to what they said I was supposed to get my within 14 business days!
Jewelry Television doesn't reply and I don't have a tracking number. I did received a payment confirmation but there was no number and that was the reason why I contacted them for the first time.
They did not reply and that moment I felt that something was wrong. I sent them many messages via email and tried to call but they did not reply.
After reading the reviews I finally realized in what terrible situation I was.
Jewelry Television stole my money! I still can't believe this happened to me!

In October I ordered 3# of czech beads. when they arrived I sorted them and put them in little zip bags. After looking at the whole package I realized there were so many tiny beads that I could not use and did not look like the same ones I ordered on jewel school. More than half were so tiny, they were unable, So I returned them according to their policy.
The return receipt said they were received Nov. 10th, 2016. I included my account number, order number and name/address on the inside as well.
On monday Nov 21, I called to ask the status of my refund and was told that since I did not return the original beads there would be no refund. I explained that I did not keep or replace any of the beads but had separated them by size and color and left them in the little bags I had put them in so it might appear they were different but not. I was told a manager would call me
24-48 hours. Nothing.
Called again on Nov 30 only to be told the same thing.
Called again on Dec 6th and was told a supervisor would call me today. It is now 6:30 pm and no call.

I have ordered a necklace from JTV Jewelry Television website as a present for my wife. I ordered long in advance to be sure I'll get it on time.
One month passed and there was no sign of my order, so I contacted JTV Jewelry Television to ask if everything was ok and where my order was. Their rep assured my that my order was on its way and will be here any time soon.
Another two weeks passed and they contacted me and said that my order was cancelled because it was no longer in stock! But when I called two weeks ago they said they sent it! What a bunch of scammers! Gladly I got the money back.

I have returned two items which were never worn. I sent everything back and was charged a restocking fee. Then I received a message from JTV Jewelry Television stating I'll get my money back any time soon. Two weeks passed and they said they were not able to refund my money because they found signs of use. They said they'll send everything back to me. They never gave me a refund, even the money they charged for the restocking fee.
I never wore anything! What they said was a complete lie! No matter how many times I called and tried to explain they did not want to listen. I'm very disappointed with that kind of attitude. These people are the most unprofessional and customer unfriendly!

have ordered many jewelry pieces fromJtv Jewelry Television and have returned them all. They have the cheapest products ever! And their customer service is absolutely unprofessional. Products I've received were so inferior its a shame they are in business. Most of the rings if not all have been thrown in the basket. Thousands of dollars were wasted! None of their reps know anything about jewelry they try to come off as experts. I'm so sad and feeling ashamed for believing they really cared! Please don't buy their products and shop elsewhere, Jtv Jewelry Television is not a reputable company!

I have ordered a lot of things from this website. I purchased 6 rings, 1 bracelet, necklace and earrings. I received my order in reasonable time and everything looked very cute, I was happy. Unfortunately, I was just scammed. I tried on the necklace and had worn it only for an hour and noticed that it came loose. So I went to a local jeweler and he said that there was nothing he could do because the necklace was fake. It was made from some cheap metal and covered with silver paint! I asked him to look at the rest of the items that I received. Everything was fake! I immediately called Jtv and they said that I can return everything. I hope I'll get my money back. Avoid this company!

Jtv, and those corrupt hosts been peddling chrome diopside, making the costumer believe with lying and swindling, the costumer ran in to a gold mine, never telling the costumer the truth about this green stone, bur ripping the costumer of, that stone is mined in siberia, where it is sooo cold and the can only mine 3 month out of 12, and people should buy this stone right now before it is gone, the only can get a few pieces, , , lies and more swindling by jtv, and those corrupt hosts, their names are known nation wide to swindle lie, , mislead, misrepresent, scam, and rip the costumer of, , chrome diopsie many chrome diopside deposits are found in many countrys, italy, finland, madagascar and many more, , , this stone is very undesirable, it scratches to easy crakes to easy, should never been set in rings or bracelets, has almost 0 value, jtv, charges an arm and a leg for that valueles stone, but the costumer is not interested in buying that unatural greencolored stone besides its a unlucky color, jtv, does not tell the trues about this diopside, and tells the costumer only siberia mines this stone, , and only 3 month out of 12 month, because of the cold, not because of the cold, the could mine for that stone 12 out of 12, the reason is, , , the are so overloaded with diopside the cant get rid of that stone, japan, india, , tiwan, , and china, , peddled those rings and bracelets at the shows in tuscan, jtv, purchased those stone loose and in jewelry, , for the cheapest price, and hoped to make a killing with that diopside on their shows, outrages prices telling the costumer to buy that stone now before the cant get anymore . This diopside is harder to get, those are the lies and rip ofs jtv uses . To peddle that valueles diopside, do not purchase any kind of diopside loose in parcels or in jewelry, you will be ripped of 100% guaranteed, now you know why to stay awy from jtv, and those corrupt hosts, ,

Jtv on the 8=18=2014 and 8=19= 2014 emptied my whole wells fargo checking account out $ 689.47 all in 2 days time at different times of the day . And different amounts .. I dident knew about it . Till i got a letter fom my bank well fargo about an overdraft. .. An overdraft ?> i went to the bank . And found out .. That jtv stole all my money out of my visa debit card . And more . Wells fargo bank paid the overdraft. I at once told the bank that money was stolen.. Wells fargo wanted to file a claim against jtv . At once i got in contact with jtv . And told them to immidietly return my stolen money or wells fargo will file a complaint against jtv..There will be big trouble..For jtv.. . How much money had jtv stolen out of costumers credit cards . And the dident even knew it . .. That comp.. Should be shut down for good . Corrupt hosts are trained to swindle..Lie..Mislead..Misrepresent..Scam..And rip of the costumer . .So does jtv costumer service .. And jtv owners allow those criminal acts..Jtv.. The pitts from hell, i got issued a new card and new numbers . Jtv was very lucky that my bank did not file a lawsuit against jtv . Wells fargo against jtv.. Jtv would be bankrupt right there . Pennyles... I would advise . Do not return that item .. The costumer was misrepresented witnh .. File a lawsuit against jtv.. Jtv. Peddles fake plastic stones for real gem stones . Sponge coral for rubys.. Diamonds for cut metal and highly polished to look like diamonds . ..That also had happen to me . A diamond bracelet i was told the diamonds are the best quallity . Clear. And sparkling . When i got the piece . The diamonds where as gray as night . And nothing but tiny slivers bits and pieces of left over diamond cutters . The have no value . .. That is what jtv peddles.. Jtv has not one solitair 50 points 1 carat or 2 carat diamonds . None . Every thing what jtv peddles in diamond jewelry . Even charging up to $ 3.Ooo .00 and set in gold . Are those tiny bits and pieces .Slivers cracked and shipt left overs from diamond cutters . Value les . O value . Fake plastic stones jtv peddles to trusting costumers.. A fake sultanite.. Fake blue star sapphires .. Fake russiann alexandrite . And more . A russian alexandrite . Can never reproduced . Lab or anywhere else . It.S impossible . Can never be done . But jtv peddles fake alexandrites for real russian alexandrites. .. To many stones jtv peddles have the same color . But jtv comes up with different names . The problem ...To many people costumers realy have no idea about anykind of gemstones, . And jtv knows that . And costumers get ripped of by jtv 24 -7 .

Don’t trust the company www.jtv.com. I ordered several items from them; basically it was different types of bracelets. I got information that the order would be sent within 4 days. After 2 weeks I still haven’t got the email that my items were shipped. When I contacted the customer services, I understood that they have problems with orders. The seller couldn’t find my invoice. Also it took a lot of time for the seller to find anything about my stuff. They have real problems and you will suffer from them.

I purchased a ring and earnings from www.jtv.com. I saw ad on TV about these earnings and really fell in love with them. I placed the order 2 weeks ago, but the customer services worked really slowly and they couldn’t provide any precise info about the order. I asked the agent to return money back then, if they have such serious problems with the delivery. But the agent promised to send me the form, and it was obligatory procedure. I waited for the form and still nothing.

The company www.jtv.com is horrible and unprofessional. I ordered some jewellery from them, but these scammers only charged me fast. After several weeks I heard nothing from them and no info about my order. It was useless to communicate with them, ‘coz everything what they promised was fake. These people are scammers and liars, who promise a lot, but in result you get nothing. Please post your comments about this company.

After placing an order for a beautiful Morganite ring and several other Moissanite items was surprised to find all items in individual small plastic zip lock bags in one small box. There were no individual boxed items. The order total was $1, 500.00, and packaged like dollar store merchandise. The Morganite ring was not what was demonstrated on the TV. It was returned the following day with the shipping label and comments section filled out completed as directions dictate. Included in the return envelope was a handwritten note with my account number, name, item number, order number and description of item received not being what was ordered. ( They never mention receiving the note) The big gaudy ring was returned to me, did not want it the first time, now it was here again.

There were many calls to customer service, the order was never sent to my email at time of placing order, or receiving the return. I did find they had changed my email address, and that was corrected. Was told a supervisor would call in forty eight hours. When Ann called after a day or so, she promised to call the following week, on Monday. When that did not happen, I called and after a twenty minute hold, she was on the line. She relayed there needed to be a letter stating why I did not place a call on the phone stating the item was wrong item. There are no instructions to use the phone. She had forgotten to return my call, and placed me on another long hols time. Travis was the next supervisor to come on the phone, he was going to sent another return label.

This purchase was on 08/17/2014, the call with Travis was on 09/11/2014, the label came on 09/18/2014. It should be noted that Ann and Travis both said a dispute with JTVPreferred account would only delay a refund, however,

JTVPreferred account gives you thirty day to file a dispute. Copies of transactions went to credit company by fax and hard copy.
My last communication was a call from last Friday from Jessica Andrew and she has promised to call me back on Monday, ( tomorrow) and says she found the ring I received on a website, wanted to know if I shopped from this firm, which I never have.
Wanted to know if people stole my mail, ( who would steal mail and exchange an item?), Bottom line, I received the wrong item and there was nothing I could do. Nnw, I used a 20% discount that was credited to my account for returning merchandise JTV sent me that I did not order and was not charged for. It took two calls to get a return shipping label, so they do make mistakes. On second call, was offered to buy items at half price, had no desire for them at any price.

I am in hope this will be worked out and JTV will credit my JTVPreferred account for the $642.00 charge. AT this moment, I have no ring, and they are not giving a refund after a month and a half. Somehow this seems all wrong.Be aware of what can happen! I have enjoyed purchases for years from JTV, as I have been making jewelry since the 1950's. I hate to lose this relationship, however, this is to expensive and time consuming.

I recently purchased a diamond ring from JTV, the ring's diamond are all cracked, broken, split and just horrible diamond. Basically the throwaway diamonds, the ones that are not approved for jewellery. I also bought a diamond tester which is broken and does not work. I contacted the company and they told me because I did not purchase the protection plan that it would cost me to send it back and also for them to try to fix it, if they could fix it they would, if not they would just send it back to me broken and I would just have to keep it that way!
I do not care if it was 10 days or 100 days! They sold me broken and defective items that I paid for and they should be responsible for replacing them, it was not 1000 days, it had only been 30 days for the ring and 90 days for the diamond tester and that was because I thought I was doing something wrong and was trying to rouble shoot and reread the instructions which I had explained to them, instead of just sending it back not knowing if it was my fault or not. This is an outrage! They sent me broken items and know it! I did not ask for a refund only a replacement and they wouldn't even do that! I was a long time customer of theirs until I realized that their stuff was pure junk and stopped buying from, but that was not until I had spent nearly 8, 000 dollars! Someone needs to shut them down and now!

Three auction items combined into one envelope for shipping, but three shipping charges charged totaling over twenty dollars shipping on a $21.00 purchase, total ripoff. Called customer service (and I use the term lightly) and they simply don't care. I've ordered over 160 orders and spent over $6000.00 with this company, but not one penny more ever again. FOOLS !

Well... They lie. Never by white diamonds from that site, they won't even tell you what color and clarity they are, guess why, cause 98% of diamonds they have are garbage, they literally pay pennies for them and selling them to you for hundreds of dollars assuring you that's a hell of a deal ! Believe me I'm in the jewelry industry and know it all! BTW not only jtv does that there are ton of companies out there that will tell you anything to sell. If u can't afford nice diamond jewelry try natural african white zircon or moissanite, man they sparkle !

I have been ording from jtv for a short period of time but have spent alot of money with this company. I rarely get to use coupons but on my order on aug. 12th was watching live and with watching was stating free shiping that nite, i also had a coupon for order of $299 or more 40dollars wood be applied and taken off my order. I used one coupon before and after you put everthing in and get your balance it has been subtracted from balance due. Well i did not notice till next dday that nothing was deducted from my order. So with the 40dollars and 6.99 shipping i was cheated out of 46.99. The final bill was 441.97 and if they done what they promised i would only owed $394.98. I am new to a computor & have had a hard time finding were to complain. Abd still dont know if this is where i need to be. I should be refunded 46.99 which was deducted from my bank acct. So need to know what i neeed to do other than sent mt ring back which i have wanted for a long time. Then sending it back and reordering will lose my cupon that wa good only for the 12th...Please help

Don't buy anything you see them advertise on TV, you WILL NOT receive what you thought you purchased. My first purchase was this way. They were advertising some spectacular opals that were clear with tons of fire inside them. When I got mine, it looked like a freaking TOOTH. Sent it all back, waiting to see what I have to go through to get my money back after reading all this stuff here. I suspect I'll have to dispute the charges to my card.

I ordered a ring over night for my wedding. It came a week later. After walking down the aisle with no ring. Once it did arrive, a stone fell out. I sent it back for repairs. They returned it with a cracked diamond, rhodium missing and prong damage. Then on a return I sent, they said they paid me back...but no money showed up in my account. Two people were helpful. Many others were not. They claimed to not know anything or what to do. I will NEVER, EVER order from them again.
