This is not the first time that a certain delivery driver here in J&T Express Cebu in the name of OCW A R Oliamot John Carlo is ignored our items for delivery. My other colleagues in the office are also complaining in this person. The reason why my failed/returned items were not delivered by this guy because he can't just simply wait. Our office is quite remote to the gate where he is posting, and it took about 15 minutes sometimes to pick the items because of other office calls. This guy is not good.

Desired outcome: I would appreciate if disciplinary measures acted by the company. Sanction this guy to better discipline him.
