I have this shopee delivery, the delivery date as per shopee status was september 13, 2019 and the currier was j&t express. On that day I did not received any delivery from them instead they called me september 14, 2019, 3:30pm and I told them if they can deliver it on monday september 16, 2019 because the address im using was company address and we have half day office only every saturday and the delivery man said ok. But when monday came there was no delivery of my shoppe so by tuesday sept. 17 I click shopee guarantee. By sept 18 a delivery of the same currier texted me, ian malibo, if im available for delivery the day after, sept. 19, and I replied yes but sept 20, 21, 23, 24 came I did received any delivery so I communicated to supplier and they said maybe the currier already cancelled it because the put on status failure to deliver due to force majoured... And advive me to re order. But sept 27 they attempt to deliver it and the reason of delivery man was it happened that it was put in bunch of delivery that they did not so it right away. I did received it since I already order it oto other supplier and already was received it. What im getting angry at was they keep on attempting to deliver it again amd again from sept 27 until today october 1... And they even insisting to me to cancel it... Its not my fault why force me to cancel it. And worse is they keep on calling me which already a disturbance to my work and keep on insisting to me to cancal it. The delivery is being rude the same time with their office... They dont even answer when I called them then the delivery man was rude the way they talk. Hoping you can give immediate action regarding this matter. This is my first time to encounter such lousy incompetent currier.

Delivery guy is very rude, never ring door bell when there someone at home, I order a foldable table, your delivery just leave the parcel at gate which once I open gate and parcel will fell off the floor, when question him, he just ignore me and walk away, really very angry..
Driver deliver the items at 4ish, however he requested a glass of water and looks like he wanted to come into the house! When I told him to wait he keep pressuring me that he wants water aggressively! Dangerous man.. should I report to police!

On October 19,2022, at around 3pm, my parcel arrived. The rider made my pay 349 instead of 249. At that time I thought that it was 2 parcel since I have another order from J&T. This is frustrating your riders aren't calling names when they reach home where they will deliver parcels, they will just send you a message. However, it was a late message and received it at 2 am and I was waiting the whole day for my parcel. Please educate your riders! This is troublesome.

The sender wrapped and sended carefully, no damage, no scratch andcdelivered to the post mail and sender told the employee about the order.
But then, the stuff came and I was cracked and broken when the receiver opened the package.

the rider texted me for the first time that he was already at the area at 7:38 pm, with no advice earlier on that he will be delivering my order yesterday, I'm at the jeepney when I got his text message after I received he's message I call him several time till this morning I call him but no answer from the driver.
Their service was OK before, but has become total crap nowadays. Help line? No one will pick up the phone. Online chat? If you are lucky enough for someone to respond, they will outright lie to you (had one agent lie to me about the status of my package - it had been sent back to central distribution, but agent denied it, but the tracking confirmed it) or have no information that is helpful that I see no point for them to offer the chat service. Their tracking system is crap, showing illogical movements of parcels, and you can't even use the tracker to plan on being around for delivery.
J&T...I suggest you close shop and go back to Indonesia. Your service standards are unacceptable here in Malaysia.
