I have this shopee delivery, the delivery date as per shopee status was september 13, 2019 and the currier was j&t express. On that day I did not received any delivery from them instead they called me september 14, 2019, 3:30pm and I told them if they can deliver it on monday september 16, 2019 because the address im using was company address and we have half day office only every saturday and the delivery man said ok. But when monday came there was no delivery of my shoppe so by tuesday sept. 17 I click shopee guarantee. By sept 18 a delivery of the same currier texted me, ian malibo, if im available for delivery the day after, sept. 19, and I replied yes but sept 20, 21, 23, 24 came I did received any delivery so I communicated to supplier and they said maybe the currier already cancelled it because the put on status failure to deliver due to force majoured... And advive me to re order. But sept 27 they attempt to deliver it and the reason of delivery man was it happened that it was put in bunch of delivery that they did not so it right away. I did received it since I already order it oto other supplier and already was received it. What im getting angry at was they keep on attempting to deliver it again amd again from sept 27 until today october 1... And they even insisting to me to cancel it... Its not my fault why force me to cancel it. And worse is they keep on calling me which already a disturbance to my work and keep on insisting to me to cancal it. The delivery is being rude the same time with their office... They dont even answer when I called them then the delivery man was rude the way they talk. Hoping you can give immediate action regarding this matter. This is my first time to encounter such lousy incompetent currier.
My item was Tag delivered but I didn't receive any item. Please see attached conversation with the rider.
Shoppe shipping details and proof of delivery by the rider were also attached on this complaint.
As you can see, the proof of delivery is bogus. No actual picture of the delivery was provided.

My parcel stuckk at petaling jaya since friday! its been 4 days but the parcel stillll stuckkkk theres noooo movement.Really need tht for my mom’s birthday gift
This is the 2nd time J&T has had a problem, the first time the item was lost and the second time the item took too long to arrive and did not keep the promise of the set date and made it difficult for the customer to get the item quickly.
Drivers can’t follow simple instructions, rude some more.
Customer service only good to give general answer to say inform team and no follow up

Dah 3hari kena game dgn j&t.. Kata customer reject parcel sedangkan tak hantar pun. Call sms semua tak ada pun. Tiba tiba status kata reject. Banyak kali dah kena dekat cdc tampoi indah 317 ni. Service teruk sangat.

Seller posted my stuff on 2/5/2023 from Kuala Lumpur until now 8/5/2023 the parcel is stuck in transit centre JTI Freight 999. No movement at all.

What the [censored] JnT do with with customer parcel like me? If you dont want to work, then dont create that JnT brach there, just give other courrier. My parcel being stuck at that jnt from 3 May 2023 until now 10 May 2023.

Barang saya masih tak sampai lebih dari seminggu. Post out daripada Selangor pada 11 April 2023...16 April 2023 sudah ada di Sungai Petani, tetapi kenapa masih tak hantar ke rumah.

I have made a complaint at J&T website. Currently the status is still processing.
My parcel was estimated arrive withthin 4th - 6th march. When I track my parcel, it was stuck at J&T JTI KUCHING 998 SETIAWANGSA which I dont know where the place is. So far, no action taken from JNT to solve this issue.

I recently bought an item from ichangi online & it was scheduled to be delivered latest by 8 March. My item did not arrived and i've to check with ichangi who is the courier responsible & it was J&T. No notifications, no email & anything when my item will be scheduled! Service is terrible!
J&t paki-ayos naman ng mga Delivery man nyo. Nakiusap ako na ipasok sa looban ung parcel ko kasi nga walang magbabantay sa anak ko kapag lumabas pa sa labasan ung mama ko. Ang sagot sakin "eh wala po tyaong magagawa dyan mam, di ko nalang po ito idedeliver napaka layo po ng bahay nyo" kung tutuusin naman pwedenh lakadin. Nakikisuyo ako maayos akong nakikisuyo sa knya pero napaka bastos sumagot ng staff nyo j&t nakakahiya. Paano nyo yan pinapasok dyan sa inyo.

Late delivery of my parcel waybill number [protected]. Its been two days said out for delivery and says "delivery can't be completed because the customer unavailable" even no one call me or text.
The status said that the receiver was not around or unreachable. The sender made an attempt to deliver at 7:30 pm which is lagpas na ng working hours and then will make a reason na unreachable si receiver? Hindi naman yata acceptable yung ganun.

Jnt is okay but when reach at jnt lunas it always delay and late to arrive at my home,once i have to call the customer service plus contact shopee only by then my parcel arrive at THE SAME DAY i make the complain,please jnt make some improvement or rebranding the Jnt Lunas

They are delayed in transit i need the item now if they can't deliver today i will not gonna receive the item. i ordered it on december 22 and the estimated delivery on the waybill is december 27-29 so until now they are not delivering it.
