Item posted from Kuala Lumpur to Nilai but parcel went to Seremban and lastly hold at Rembau. This item is fragile and really important for my duty. Please take action as soon as possible.

A parcel wrongly sent out by 17-May-2021 due to wrong AWB paste. Immediately I reported to J&T PCP BUKIT KATIL 408 but the parcel was sent out to another branch. At the same time I have informed the customer to reject the parcel when they receive it and the customer rejected the parcel by 20-May-2021. Until now I still have not received any parcel return yet, kindly need your team to closely follow up the lost parcel and return to the sender.

Tolong la JNT area sungai merab, kajang. Kalau ada rasa tanggungjawab kerja utk hantar barang BOLEH TAK CALL PENERIMA.. Kalau sekadar tanya kawasan rumah dan kalau org yg ditanya tu tipu, , awk2 semua nak tanggung ke kehilangan brg org lain...tlng lah xkire brg tu mahal atau murah...

I had a worst and disappointed service ever in j&t express from klang 603 branch superb worst service I send parcel on 1st June today 9th June still never received when called one of the staff yoga preeya talking too rude with us if when we get the parcel then only can deliver every time when call said still finding. Today call and said rude we can't deliver if can come and collect own self . See from google when we close . Really worst company staff better shut down . I got all the audio that how they talk

I am purchase an item from shopee and the seller using J&T as courier services provider. My parcel has been on hold for 7 days since 02 Jun 2021. Please explain or expertise the delivery process.

Furthermore, I wasn't sure is the seller has file a complaint to J&T already or not, below is my details:

My seller start post my item on may 8 2021 and my parcel still stuck on may 11 2021.. Until now jun 8 2021.. My item still stuck there.. Please check it for me.. Its not low amount that I pay for the parcel..

on the 07jun2021 i go to your place to pick up by myself because i'm very lazy with you service.
I'm waiting at there around 2 hour to get the parcel..and they said later we call you for you to pick up if they found the parcel..
they just only can said we in uncontrollabe situation and no enought person to handle..

Receiver complaining as the package and product in it is broken once recieved it this afternoon. How can this happened as sender already wrapped it nicely and put "Fragile" tape on the parcel. I want to request a refund and claim for the broken product from J&T as previously all the items are okay and arrived safely and fast. Today, my parcel is arrived but i'm not at home because I fail to track my parcel. I do not know whether is the error of j&t website or not? But the attitude of postman is so bad! He even scolds my sister! I'm here to purchase something, not being scolded by the bad postman! I hope relevant authority can look into this case, especially the bad attitude of your worker, I am the customer, not his family or relatives that can torelate his bad attitude

This parcel is lying at your Drop ponit CDC Ara Damansara since 31.5.21. Reason. Status on hold . Uncontrollable situation. Called a few of your nearby branches and also at Ara Damansara for help. No respond at all! Your customer hotline?! Voice message all way through. Need your help to resolve this issue. Please deliver the above parcel to me immediately! Thank you

I want complain the driver driving dangerous

When a car driving at front then he want turn right and go but got car want near at him but he no stop first and direct go out and almost hit to that car
I hope us can take a action for this driver

This afternoon when I was not expecting a parcel delivery yet suddenly heard a loud thumb but to went out surprisingly saw a parcel being thrown/drop from atop. Luckily the items inside did not break !

Can J&T please clarify to us customers, why are our parcels on hold for too long in your care? My parcels has been stuck at SGR-GATEWAY since May 24. I read from the complaint list that many people are experiencing the same thing. Shouldn't you say something about it? Explain please. The items are important for us

Kenapa sekarang servis j&t sangat2 teruk2? Barang dah sampai ke kawasan penghantaran. Tetapi satu barang je yang sampai. Ape masalah dengan barang-barang yang lain? Kenapa tidak di hantar sekali jalan..?

I am to receive a parcel from Shoppee today (2nd attempt). I asked the rider (Ryan Divinagracia) if he could re-deliver the parcel in the afternoon since I am not yet in the office. It was around 11am when I texted him. He said that he could no longer do that since he was already done delivering for the day. So I asked him if I could just pick up the parcel from their hub. And he said yes. He told me that the parcel will be tagged RTS if I could not claim it until 5pm. I went to their office at 3:30PM to get my parcel but he told me that they already tagged it as RTS and that I could no longer claim it. This is very much unacceptable. Deliveries should until be 5PM and there should be 3 attempts before the parcel is tagged RTS. They should have allowed me to claim my parcel since I needed it for work.

I got notification from shopee that my parcels have arrived and delivered to my address. J&t also gave picture as proof of delivery but it is clearly not my house based on picture sent and the recepient is obviously not me since I'm at work at that time. What I dumbfounded are that the parcels only been left at the gate without any confirmation. My tracking number is [protected].

The items is in purple sacks. It should be delivered to me last May 18. but is was tagged lost, so accgd so Customer Agent, there's no movement so it was tagged as lost. I called the warehouse (laguna), they said that the parcel is in the warehouse, they couldnt delivered the item because it was tagged as lost . They said that it should be the J&T Urdaneta filed the report, the that branch is not coordinating. We want to deliver the parcels to us. We need that. And on the first place, why do the 2 parcels with weight of 45 kgs each lost in that very short time ? We believe that items were not lost, this was also confirmed by J&T personnel in Laguna. This is so frustrating ! Hope you can help me.
