Barang dihantar tanpa dimaklumkan kepada penerima dan tidak dihantar pada rumah alamat yang dinyatakan malah hanya meletakkan didalam peti surat tanya memaklumkan pada penerima. Barang yang dihantar juga rosak teruk. Penghantar j&t memberi alasan telah datang ke rumah dan mengetuk pintu tetapi tiada maklumbalas daripada penerima didalam rumah. Hal ini adalah tidak munasabah dimana terdapat keberadaan pemilik rumah dan penghantar langsung tidak mengetuk pintu rumah. Penghantar juga seperti menyalahkan penerima kerana tidak mendapat barang yang dihantar selepas menerima aduan barang tidak diterima kepada penerima dan berkomunikasi melalui aplikasi whatsapp. Barang lain yang dihantar juga diberi alasan sama malah telah memberi alasan sudah menelefon pemilik barang tersebut. Hal ini juga tidak munasabah kerana tiada panggilan masuk kepada penerima dan penghantar barang hanya memaklumkan kepada penerima dengan menghantar mesej melalui aplikasi whatsapp berserta gambar yang menyatakan telah meninggalkan barang di peti surat kawasan blok rumah berkenaan

I send my product to buyer on 03.06.21 (Thursday afternoon). Until now my customer still not receive the products 12.06.2021. Already 10 days still not deliver the product at Sungai Besar Selangor. My customer want to cancel the order because of late receive the products by J&T Express.Not fair to me because not my fault.

Good day! I received my order today [protected] around 11 am in the morning, My husband received my parcel because I am not in the house so that when I arrived in the house I hurriedly open my parcel and I notice that that is not the the one I ordered it came from Scammer. I texted the rider to get back on me knowingly that he is still in the area because it is only 3 minutes discrepancy the time I arrive in the house. But the rider name Chuckie Domingo didnt reply on my text and he ignore me. I know that is not his obligation to return the item all I wat is to inform him that I want to return the item by helping me on how to return, but he continuously ignored me. Can you please help me to reach him and explain it to him what he needs to do if customer need his help. Thank you.

Item posted from Kuala Lumpur to Nilai but parcel went to Seremban and lastly hold at Rembau. This item is fragile and really important for my duty. Please take action as soon as possible.

A parcel wrongly sent out by 17-May-2021 due to wrong AWB paste. Immediately I reported to J&T PCP BUKIT KATIL 408 but the parcel was sent out to another branch. At the same time I have informed the customer to reject the parcel when they receive it and the customer rejected the parcel by 20-May-2021. Until now I still have not received any parcel return yet, kindly need your team to closely follow up the lost parcel and return to the sender.

Tolong la JNT area sungai merab, kajang. Kalau ada rasa tanggungjawab kerja utk hantar barang BOLEH TAK CALL PENERIMA.. Kalau sekadar tanya kawasan rumah dan kalau org yg ditanya tu tipu, , awk2 semua nak tanggung ke kehilangan brg org lain...tlng lah xkire brg tu mahal atau murah...

I had a worst and disappointed service ever in j&t express from klang 603 branch superb worst service I send parcel on 1st June today 9th June still never received when called one of the staff yoga preeya talking too rude with us if when we get the parcel then only can deliver every time when call said still finding. Today call and said rude we can't deliver if can come and collect own self . See from google when we close . Really worst company staff better shut down . I got all the audio that how they talk

I am purchase an item from shopee and the seller using J&T as courier services provider. My parcel has been on hold for 7 days since 02 Jun 2021. Please explain or expertise the delivery process.

on the 07jun2021 i go to your place to pick up by myself because i'm very lazy with you service.
I'm waiting at there around 2 hour to get the parcel..and they said later we call you for you to pick up if they found the parcel..
they just only can said we in uncontrollabe situation and no enought person to handle..

Receiver complaining as the package and product in it is broken once recieved it this afternoon. How can this happened as sender already wrapped it nicely and put "Fragile" tape on the parcel. I want to request a refund and claim for the broken product from J&T as previously all the items are okay and arrived safely and fast.
