My parcel have been stuck at J PRK999 for almost a week. Here is my tracking number [protected] . Please responsible towards the customer parcel!

Never received the items but j & t tracking shows delivered.

parcel saya bernombor [protected] Belum diterima sehingga kini..Berdasarkan 'tracking number' barang saya berada di sabah gateway 03 dari 11 ogos 2021.hari ini 1/9 saya masih belum menerima bungkusan saya dan barang tersebut juga tidak ada dikemaskini sejak 13/8/21.

Late Delivery Almost 2 Weeks

These 2 parcels almost 1 week plus at Station J PRK 900 ...not moving almost 1 week plus...When i called customer care J& T never answer the call...This is the worst courier service in Malaysia...i never experienced lousy courier like this before...at least you explain the reason. if possible let customer pick up the parcel by our own...I lost a lot of cash due to this late delivery...because the parcel contain the main machine for our work...

I buy a phone but i didn’t get but when I’m tracking it’s show done delivered it’s so nonsense
But I didn't get the things that I buy it's not easier to get a thing without money don't cheat people this way

9am+ : Customer receive a whatsapp message before he wakes up.
11am+ : Customer can't find the parcel, replied Whatsapp to ask about the parcel, customer service said in front the house (condo). But parcel are no where to be seen.
Complain:
A- parcel just leave there without buyer acknowledgement of arrival and receival, who should bear the lost?
B- Shopee platform delivery status still showing the parcel in PJS605 hub, Not parcel out for delivery. Therefore, definitely buyer are not in any wrong that he did not standby for early morning collection.
Desired outcome: Full Refund's on customer purchase of RM95.10 & improve delivery service

Hi, can you check my parcel? When I check, why my parcel still in the same place? It's shipping at Penang only and I stay at Penang, why so long?! If the parcel missing or stuck let me know, I didn't wait the long time! I already wait many times. It almost 1week before the date to delivery when want to deliver? Please be check as possible. Late item delivery
My item has no update on its delivery process since 14 August as you can see from the picture provided. It has been more than two weeks but still no update at all. The item also has passed the latest estimated date for me to receive the item. Please solve this issue as soon as possible because it has occured many times already when i purchased other items before.

Over delay and still on hold
My item is from JB on 24Aug and until now I didn't receive yet and now is already 31st Aug. I don't know what the problem because my delivery address is in ipoh but when check with tracking num its shows in perak gateway 900 location is larut matang.. What the reason j&t send there. I am calling aso they naver respond properly and the item still on hold ther.. Now days ur service becomes so worst n bad..

I feel very disappointed with the J & T service when they handling our order. My order has been delay for about 2 days and the reason given is "bad whether". I have experience working with courier service before and our company policy is to clear all the order within 24 hrs. Where is J & T policy? Seem like they will deliver our order as when they want. This shown J & T reputation is bad. Even when I go for self-collection, the item was not in proper manner. It's suppose to managed well (allocate a basket or bin so that it's look nice). I saw few complaint from other customer... what action does the J & T management taken? Besides, the contact number given is not reachable...
Parcel is forever IN TRANSIT, SUPER SLOW
My parcel has been "on hold" and "in transit" since 26/8/2021. AND NOW IS ALD 30/8, it is supposed to arrive in 2 - 3 days (28/8)
my parcel is on hold cuz' of "OUT OF droppoint's business hours" and this has happened THREE TIMES IN A ROW!
This delivery service is seriously putting a toll on people who need their parcels asap.

Delivery service of the part-time based delivery man
Dear customer service team,
Due to the covid 19 pandemic, the management of our apartment (Saville Cheras) has allocated a Pop-Box service. It is to encourage contactless delivery. However, some of your delivery men are refused to even try to request the password and username for allocating the parcel into the Pop-Box. I had experienced with your delivery men who were not willing to try, mostly claiming that they are working as a part-time delivery man, so they are not possible to get the password, etc. Rather, they were happy to just leave the parcels in a shop that is allowing the residents to leave the parcels but with a charge to the receiver, which is us. For your reference. it was the tracking number of my delivery yesterday (29 Aug 2021) with J&T Express - [protected]
I hope J&T can resolve the issue immediately, at least to ensure that your delivery men can have access to the service of Pop-Box (or train them on how to get one). Also, it is rather disappointed with the response from your delivery men - including the part-time basis one. I understand this will be valuable for improving your service, hence valuable to your company reputation.

I did not order the parcel, but rider let me pay 499. I was not present during delivery. I only requested the available recepient at home to pay for it because I was expecting another delivery (but not this one).
The parcel has tag which states note to delivery rider: "this parcel is not an order. Please contact the customer. Itong parcel ay napanalunan ni customer mula sa raffle promo". (but I did not join any raffle)
The rider did not inform about the note. If he informed properly the note address to him, I could have return the parcel because I was charge despite winning the raffle. Hence a scam. The parcel came from megaboxph, address in pangasinan.

Parcel wrongly route by j & t staff shah alam
parcel from Selangor to Tampin N. Sembilan was wrongly routed to Melaka by Shah Alam J & T Express Gateaway. This has to be reroute and routed via several Gateaway. Do you see the situation?
