This is the worst courier I have ever seen. They promised 2days delivery within the same state, locality and environs but after 5days, they are still making empty promises as to the delivery. Pls avoid these people for your peace of mind especially when it is an urgent document delivery. I have valid prove if you want to see them. This is not a reported complaint it happens to me! So sad

I'm shopee very regular customer.
I'm VERY UPSET about motorcycle delivery man, these happened for at least three to four times, each time I just leave it, but this time is ACCEPTABLE.
1. He just delivered and left it on top of my car without inform me, I only realised after I went to my car, and my car was parked at road side.
2. Another fat delivery man, I don't mind to collect from him if I'm free, but don't expect me to collect each time he came. Very upset la.
3.Delivered wrong address but luckily Good Seller responsible to refund the money.
4. Today, same guy(not fat, different man), I was so busy behind, he nonstop horn and nonstop called HALLO.. HALLO.., again expect me to go out to take from him, I told him, please just throw into my compound, he does not happy just because he has to get down from his bike, and argue with me. He said go ahead and complain.
I really hope your company take this matter SERIOUSLY.TAK BOLEH TAHAN LA, their irresponsible and rude behaviour

Delivery status still not updated since 20 August. Barang tersebut telah di hantar pada 13 August dan sehingga kini masih belum diterima. Sudah melebihi 2 minggu barang tersebut sama masih belum terima. Barang tersebut telah tersangkut lama di SBH_GATEWAY sehingga kini masih belum di update oleh pihak j&t. Saya berharap agar pihak j&t dapat memberi perhatian terhadap barang ini dan segera menghantarnya

assalamualaikum, saya telah menerima parcel yang koyak . dan dibungkus dengan double parcel, untuk tidak menampakkan koyak tersebut, saya order tudung dengan kuantiti 12 item, tetapi saya hanya terima item tersebut hanya 10 sahaja . saya sangat kecewa terhadap staff anda . kenapa perkara ini harus berlaku ? saya berharap agar perkara ini diambil serius .

8.8 beli barang, sampai 29.8 pun belum sampai, alasan yang diberi ialah kes covid, tetapi barang lain yang bukan pakai J&T dah sampai selepas 3 hari. Katakan station di Klebang menghadapi sanitiz barangan, perluke ambil masa sehingga begitu lama? Kecewa sangat tindakan yang diambil oleh J&T, harap kedai2 shopee jangan lagi deal dengan shopee, ingin sangat batalkan pembelian sahaja...

Mohon buat penghantaran semula untuk parcel saya yg on hold disebabkan kawasan penghantaran tidak dibenarkan kononnya. Sedangkan, kurier lain semua hantar okay je and kawasan rumah saya tidak di kenakan apa apa pkpd or what. Kalau takbole hantar, bagitahu dulu bfore tuka status tu. I need that item asap. Parcel lost & did not receive claim
On 13th august my customer Parcel already stated as lost and can claim, but already passed 16days still no refund. I'm shock to see that the item suddenly stated as delivered but the recipient have not receive any parcel. I just need j&t to refund back the money as soon as possible. Please resolve this problem and don't ignore because I've texted and ask politely but no reply.

Hi, I am encountering bad performance from J&T Selangor, Malaysia. Kindly check the above tracking numbers. As you can see, the parcels are encountering unusual event. They have been routed here and there in circular. The sysyem stated wrong routing code. May I know is this some sort of failure in parcel handling? The address is clearly stated but still wrong sorting happens. This is not the 1st time I encounter the same issue. I've contacted hotline couple of times but couldnt reach, I've sent email but it bounced back, I've contacted via Live Chat but no respond from agent. Therefore I decided to file complaint here. I really hope J&T could provide a solution for user but not shut user out when facing problem. Please help.

Parcel missing at klang getway. Already contact with customer service. Easy way to escape n say the parcel missing n I need do refund to check the parcel really missing or not. Why need to check when you said its missing? Are u really check my parcel before? Are you do the work before?
Damage item and service
Dear Jnt express, Please train your stuff probably please. I packed my order in a good condition, well packaging with bubble wrap and sticked a fragile sticker on product but my customer received product, the product is damaged. When your stuff arrived my customer's home, they weren't at home, and your stuff just throw our product into their home😊
Over delay item
Hey j&t, my parcel was sent from jb to ipoh at 17/8/2021 and until today 28/8/2021 I did not recieved my parcel. My parcel are now at prk gateway 900 and has been scaned for outbound at 25/8/2021 but untill today still stuck there. Everyday I called your customer service hotline and their reason always the same which is there's been a problem at the gateway and klebang hub. What took you so long?! Taiping - ipoh took more than 3 days? Please fix your service and this will be my last time to use your service. Totally your service sucks. Before this I really love to use your service but this time you have exceed my limits. I already told to your customer service hotline that my parcel is urgent and seems like they didn't bother about it! I need my parcel to be arrived quick!

Hi jnt. I need to make complaint about your service. (Sgr602 Ampang). This is not my first time receiving item so late. One time my item delivery almost 2 weeks. And i need to self pickup the item. Now i buy again thru shopee and very dissapointed when the seller choose to use jnt! Idk about other area. But please please make a solution for ampang branch. Everytime i call, they said they overloading parcel? Then? Is it my problem and my job to hire more staff for jnt? Please! Very shame on you guys when i received the item from oversea faster than from our local seller. Please do something that I'm sure u guys know what need to do better than others. Tq.
