Why haven’t received the parcel?
Hi there, I'm Dhurgashini here. I filed a complaint about a package I sent last week on a pleasant day (17/08/2021). Can you tell me why my mother hasn't received the package I sent her last week? Because, prior to this, I had sent packages to J&T Express Bandar Tun Razak three times, and they would be received on the second or third day. However, this package has still not been received after a week.
Compensation for the Damage
Hi... I'm Arjan Singh (AWB:[protected]) ([protected]) would like request compensation for the damaged parcel I received on the 15/8/21. the total damage of the product is about RM1400. I have attached the pictures as proof.
The sender and myself have contacted J&T Express multiple times yet all efforts gone in vain.
Kindly look into this issues.

Barang saya dari 16/8/2021 sampai sekarang 27/8/2021 tak sampai sampai. Patutnya sampai 18/8/2021. Negeri sembilan dengan JB bukan jauh pon. Orang lain yang lambat post sampai dulu barangnya. Alasan tak cukup org la tk cukup lori la dahtu nak tunggu berapa minggu bulan lagi. Dulu J&T laju la sekarang dah tak. Ataupon masalah kt J&T negeri sembilan je. Tolong proceed barang saya. Tolong. Saya sudah menghubungi pihak swk gateway kuching, hanya mengatakan bungkusan saya telas di imbas ke miri.tapi tiada status ketibaan bungkusan saya di miri.
Saya meminta juga pihak kuching memberi status terkini tapi sampai ke hari ini tiada respond.
Saya harap pihak encik bertindak secepat yang mungkin untuk menyelesaikan masalah ini.
Kerana terlalu banyak pihak2 yang COMPLAINT j&T sekrang semakin teruk.
Harapa pihak cik perbaiki lah mutu penghantaran..dan harap pihak j&t juga mengambil pekerja yang bertanggungjawab.

Stuck for almost 2 weeks!!
Parcel has been on hold for almost 2 weeks. Tried to call their hub number and also customer service cannot reachable. it begin when ur staff sorted parcel wrongly. Please J&T not-express do something! Be a professional courier services...

Barang masih belum diterima sehingga hampir 2 minggu
Saya telah membuat pesanan pada 13 ogos yg lalu dan sepatutnya barang diterima pada 21 ogos yg lalu, namun barang tersebut masih belum diterima sehingga sekarang dan tracking barang tersebut tiada perubahan bermula 20 ogos sehingga hari ini. Saya berharap agar pihak j&t dapat memberi perhatian dengan barang yg masih belum sya terima sehingga hari ini.

My parcel stuck at this gateway for very 3 days. It is frozen food product, it might spoil already. Other states only take 1 day to arrive, why this PRK GATEWAY 900 took so long to do their delivery.
Please solve this issue, i might claim if i received bad spoilled product due to incompetent bussines handle by this PCP.

Hi. Good Afternoon! Here i want to complaining why my parcel didn't run smoothly. May I know what happen to this courier?
1. MY2162910826320 this tracking number I received but why the number cannot be found ? This parcel also still at station J&T CDC Kuching 301 since August 17, 2021.
2. MY212745056177P this tracking number also i cannot found. This parcel also still stuck at station J&T CDC Samarahan 305 since August 21, 2021.
Item stuck at dp ss2 01 for 3 weeks
The item that I ordered from Shoppe had been stuck at J&T DP SS2 01 for almost 3 weeks now & almost push me to the point where I want to request return/refund from the seller.

Please noted that my parcel has been in PRK Gateway 900 since 20.08.2021. Until now still no update. I am not sure where is my parcel and what happen to my parcel.
This parcel is from Shopee.
I have sent a few emails to J&T but also no reply. I have called J&T, but no one answer my phone calls also.
Please check and revert asap by today and tell me where is my parcel.

Kenapa JNT CDC BUKIT PERMAI SGR311 suka peram barang orang lama2 ? Konon penghantaran 2-3hari, ni dah lebihh 3harii . Orang lain punya tak tauulaa . Yang paling bodoh skali barang baru sampaii CDC boleh deliver tapi barang yg dah lama tak boleh nak deliver .
Service I am complaining about
The rider of my parcel with tracking number [protected] named Jose Rico Bumagat with a contact number [protected] do not delivered on time my parcel. I've received a text message last August 24, 2021 but he did not delivered it. I even called him that day and he said he's on his way but unfortunately I've waited for nothing. Then again, on the next day August 25, 2021 I received again a J&T message that my parcel will be delivered. I did not received any call the whole and it was only now 12:08am of August 26, 2021 that he notify me that my parcel will be return to seller(ROS). Im so much disappointed with this kind of Poor service coming from the rider affecting your company.
Desired outcome: The rider must deliver the parcel.
Dispatch
I had bad experience with one of j&t dispatch from CDC Kota Tinggi 322. She's always sent my parcel at late night without contact me at first (more than 2 times). And today on 25th August 2021, on delivery track, the parcel was out of delivery at 1.03pm and I am at home for whole day.
Then, at 9.09pm, the dispatch noted that "receiver aren't at home & already contact receiver for reschedule for next delivery" without truly contacted me.
So, at 10.52pm I tried to contact her by WhatsApp and ask for my parcel, but unexpected that she said "yes she had my parcel & she brought home my parcel" the reason is that she didn't have enough time to send my parcel.
In here, I attached herewith my conversation with her.
I take this issues seriously because she didn't contact me at once and don't have sincerity.
