He called me and talked to me casually, he even sort of scolded me that I entered the wrong address. Ang bastos ng pananalita, he even called me bastos. Right after I ended the call he messaged me na I cancelled the order, pero di ko naman cinancel, what an approach. First time ko to maexperience from J&t riders, you hire these kind of employees? What if hindi niya lang sakin nagawa yon? nagawa niya na rin sa iba. Will you just let him disrespect people as he please?

Pending parcel delivery service
Hi..I am a very disappointed JNT customer..I am here to make a complaint about my parcel pending delivery.. through tracking system, number [protected] was pending delivery almost 2 days in Malacca..No new update had been received. I am worried that something terrible

15/6/2021 - Mistakenly sent out two different parcels with the same airway bill attached.
17/6/2021 - J&T sent out one of the parcels. Parcel was delivered.
22/6/2021 - Contacted customer to check if they have received item #1 instead of item #2. Customer confirmed that they have only received #2.

After locating the potential buyer that might have received the concrete mixer (Item #1), we contacted them and they said that they received the spray gun (Item #2), not the concrete mixer. However if we clicked into the income details of their order, "RM51.60" was deducted from the order because of shipping fee, the parcel size's shipping fee has exceeded, so it is confirmed to be the concrete mixer (Item #1).
We wanted to proof that the buyer received the concrete mixer (Item #1) instead, so we asked J&T for the proof of delivery.
So I checked with one of the staff in J&T and asked her to help us to check if the parcel was delivered to the customer. The staff checked and said that there are two parcels with the same airway bill, and so J&T Negeri Sembilan chose to deliver one of them (Item #2) and keep the other parcel (Item #1) back at J&T hub.

When the customer received the parcel, the airway bill was attached to the parcel. But in J&T's proof of delivery, the airway bill wasn't attached to the parcel. So there are two airway bills, which we have mistakenly printed twice, attached to Item #1 and Item #2.
We have been going back and forth with the staff of J&T for feedback, but we are always awaiting feedback from J&T Negeri Sembilan for the parcel, but they never helped us to look for the parcel.
Nearly two months passed, and we are still waiting for J&T Negeri Sembilan to get back to the J&T staff that's helping us to contact J&T regarding the missing parcel.
The parcel is worth RM800, and J&T Negeri Sembilan hasn't been helping in moving the case forward, so we hope that MCMC will help us with this case. Thank you.
Desired outcome: For the parcel to be returned safely to me or compensation for the missing parcel.

But always send to wrong jnt point. supposed after check point Kuala Nerus parcel send to CDC syed zain (302). but always send to CDC Chabang Tiga(301). now my parcel return to Kuala Nerus. Every fricking time always like this. Please fix ASAP. Please ensure every item that send to my area reach check point CDC syed zain after check point sorting center Kuala Nerus. The item supposed take 2 days only, but this almost a week now.

Failure to deliver parcel to Seremaban S@ Heights
I sent a parcel on 26/08/21 at 14.21 J&T Bentong Town tracking number [protected]. The parcel is to be sent to Seremban 2 Heights. The same parcel arrived at Transit center NSN Gateway Sereban at 3.19 a.m. on 27/08/21. It was scanned by Muhamad Zulqarnian Bin shasudin later the same day at 11.22 a.m. the parcel was scanned by auto scan 3 scan sent to DCD SEREMBAN 303. I have made numerous calls and the last instruction was to make a claim since the parcel is missing. The total value of the parcel is RM 150. I have used J&T for the passed 1 year. Please be more responsible to customers's complain.

I'm complaining about my parcel delivery
My parcel has been stuck and no update at all since 4 Sep 01:17 after departed from station j&t pen_gateway. After contacting the Sunway Tunas branch Penang, I was told that the delivery staff was under covid quarantine and I was told to wait until he is recovered or until his quarantine ends. This is totally unacceptable and ridiculous. I never seen such a bad service, no backup pkan at all. Pls deliver my parcel asap!

Packaging corner area grey plastic and the bubbles wraps have been opened by someone, they folded the plastic behind used cellophane tape to stick back the corner until I didn't realize when the courierman passed to me. The courierman told me he have reported to admin & admin ask him to stick cellophane tape. I dont think this is the good reason.
