I sent a parcel on 26/08/21 at 14.21 J&T Bentong Town tracking number [protected]. The parcel is to be sent to Seremban 2 Heights. The same parcel arrived at Transit center NSN Gateway Sereban at 3.19 a.m. on 27/08/21. It was scanned by Muhamad Zulqarnian Bin shasudin later the same day at 11.22 a.m. the parcel was scanned by auto scan 3 scan sent to DCD SEREMBAN 303. I have made numerous calls and the last instruction was to make a claim since the parcel is missing. The total value of the parcel is RM 150. I have used J&T for the passed 1 year. Please be more responsible to customers's complain.

I havent received the item until now. And as i found out the item was placed at different location other than the requested address since 4/8/21. The seller ask me to complaint this at JnT.

My parcel has been stuck and no update at all since 4 Sep 01:17 after departed from station j&t pen_gateway. After contacting the Sunway Tunas branch Penang, I was told that the delivery staff was under covid quarantine and I was told to wait until he is recovered or until his quarantine ends. This is totally unacceptable and ridiculous. I never seen such a bad service, no backup pkan at all. Pls deliver my parcel asap!

Even I got stick fragile stickers and you guys never care.
All 3 parcel with J&T, all broken.
Bad service ever.
Same parcel with other courier services with no issue.

Parcel [protected] had been stuck for 7days at drop point cdc tmn. Melati 310, parcel tersebut adalah inai organik . Yang tak boleh melebihi 7hari dari luat peti . Mohon jasa baikkk pihak jnt untuk kawal apa masalah yg jadi drop point cdc tmn. Melati 310, last update adalah 3 september 2021 . Mohon bantuan semakan dari pihakk jnt . Jasa baikk amat sy hargai

would you guys at least give me an exact time when are you going to send my parcel? the parcel is literally from sitiawan to ipoh but yall taking a week. and now my parcel is stucked at jnt cdc falim. please jnt do something about your workers. i need the parcel asap since its urgent. yall used to be the best courier company but what happen now? please give the service we deserved since we pay for it. thank you

Packaging corner area grey plastic and the bubbles wraps have been opened by someone, they folded the plastic behind used cellophane tape to stick back the corner until I didn't realize when the courierman passed to me. The courierman told me he have reported to admin & admin ask him to stick cellophane tape. I dont think this is the good reason.

The parcel with no tracking [protected], has been no update about 3 days.

I have received my item from KL to Terengganu the weigh of the box only 2 to 3 kg but at the tracking memo said it was 11.2 kg so i would like an explaination on this

I don't know what happened to my parcel. It was shipped out on August 26th, but it is still there until now. I'm worried that my parcel was missing or even having a damage or broken. Please make sure that my parcel will be delivered safely as soon as possible. I've checked the tracking number every day but it seems like the parcel is still in the same place. Before this, I've never experienced this kind of problem when using J&T service but maybe it's because the overloaded parcels that it became late, but it took too long than I expected. Package not moving for last 8 days and stuck in an irrelevant location
when calling customer service and extension line to area perak, nobody picks up phone. Did that more than 10 times still same

and when i choose another extension (another area) my call got picked up instantly and customer service asked about the contents ineside and said that they wanted to open it to see.
What's with opening peoples packages? this is second time i get this from them.
First time they said airway bill was lost so ok that was acceptable but this time? again? and that only happened early this month!

i've been using jnt and supporter for a long time but recent experience had me lost my confidence. Early this month few outgoing and imcoming packages took average 8 to 10 days
and now this?
so with this shopee or lazada 8.8, 9.9, 10.10, 11.11 sale every month does it mean that the problem will re-occur and no end?

I've check status of my Parcel. Reach kuching, Sarawak since 27/08/2021 but up until today still not delivered to me.

30/08/21 - Penghantaran ditangguh disebabkan oleh bencana alam
01/09/21 - Penghantaran ditangguh disebabkan oleh bencana alam
02/09/-21 - Out of droppoint's business hour

For your information, location of delivery is not on PKPD how come the status is always "Penghantaran ditangguh disebabkan oleh bencana alam"

I call seceral times to ask about my parcel but they didn't pickup! My parcel reach perak gateway 900 at 27/8 and today is 4/9 already! Atleast pickup my call and I know my parcel is safe!
