Complain:

Wrong items received and damaged due to poor packaging/handling.

I contacted customer service 3 times (October 20, 23, 25) unfortunately no update since then. As per text message, can directly message them but no reply. (+63 [protected], [protected]). All promises from the agents.

Please do the necessary action urgently. Otherwise, I have no option but to report to DTI.

Claimed loss: Php 799.00

Desired outcome: Please refund.

J&T Express Staff lying about my parcel

Parcel never been received yet the staff told me that they already deliver the parcel but to the wrong house. But i'd checked in the system that it have been delivered at CDC PAPAR 307 WEST COAST DIVISION. I wanted a refund and i will lodge a police report. Thank you.

J&T Express The staff was rude

J&T Telupid, Sabah. The staff was very rude when I complaint why they send me whatsapp to pick my parcel at 6.45pm (14.10.2023) when the store is already closed at 5pm. Because its stated there, the parcel will be return on 16th. So I got less than 3 days when I suppose got 3 days to collect my parcel. The staff replied me very rudely. Evidence as attached. Tq

Desired outcome: It would be the best outcome if the staff just inform us during their office our and include that particular day as 3 days to collect the parcel. Not whatsapp us during the night and assume its day 1.

J&T Express Delivery and ride staff

I have received a message f from J&T every day for a week that my parcel will be delivered. Drivers have cancelled without contacting me and others have put down that they could not contact me even though I have SPOKEN to them in the phone and sent my locations. The once I called today told me it was my job to ring him to tell him to deliver my parcel which it is not my job to do. I had a message saying he was the one who was going to be delivering the parcel. The driver was VERY rude and hung up on me. The parcel has been out for delivery since Saturday in the city and it is yet to arrive.

Desired outcome: I just want want parcel delivered. The estimated delivery time has now passed.

J&T Express Service

The driver is rude . this is not first time , it has been happened to my sister as well. I was not at home she said parcel has been delivered so i asked proof where she kept , atleast she can say that i pass to someone at home, instead she said call tyour house and check with high tone. She is really very rude.

If there is any proof updated in shoppee i wouldnt complaint she didnt as soon as she delivered yet when i ask for it, she voice note and say what you asking for delivery proof ? what proof ? Please take action on this rude driver. Everyone is working for their future and to live but these kind of people should have receive atleat a warning letter. thank you very much

J&T Express Truck driver

One of the truck driver at the Samariang Aman J&T, Kuching claimed to have reached my house yesterday but our house CCTV didn't catch any J&T courier truck outside the house. He then claimed that he called me but auto reject when I didn't even receive any calls or did I turn on the auto reject option unless he is a scammer.

Lastly the customer service here is terrible. Like if they do not want a job I am sure there are honest people who would want a job.

Please do take action as I have always used J&T and being a leading courier service provider. I'm sure you'd want to uphold it to a certain standard.

In the midst of my crisis, your workers were having a jolly lunch.

J&T Express Management issue

Due to their improper practices, I have a brother-in-law who works as an on-call rider. On September 29, 2023, a deduction of 677 Pesos was made from his salary. They claimed that this deduction was due to an incomplete amount he had remitted on September 22, 2023. However, they only notified my brother-in-law of the specific amount nearly 7 days later. This raises questions because they conduct a daily audit of the total parcels delivered, rescheduled, and canceled. Therefore, they should have detected the discrepancy at the time of remittance. How can we be certain that the amount my brother-in-law remitted on that specific date was incomplete when it took them almost a week to notice the missing amount?

It's puzzling that they are pinpointing my brother-in-law as solely responsible for this deduction, even though they are aware of a system issue that might have caused it. Charging a worker for an amount without valid reasons is unjust. I firmly believe that this concern should be addressed by the management, as it was their responsibility to ensure the completeness of the remitted amount. I hope this situation is appropriately addressed with the appropriate consequences.

J&T Express Received faulty products and they won't refund me

Last February 2023 I received a faulty item from an online shop, it was a drone and want to return the item And contacted j&t customer service, but no action from their side. because it was cash on delivery I tried to return it because it was clearly a scam. but the j&t customer service told me not to and wait what their investigation will come up to and I bet there is none. receiving a faulty item and the seller just blocked me instantly after the driver delivered it is clearly a scam. I have contacted them multiple times but until now I haven't received my refund or any communication from j&t.

Desired outcome: I want a refund for my items and let them block that seller for doing transaction, unfortunately the seller scammed other people to.

J&T Express Parcel stuck at J&T Shah Alam Gateway

The parcel stuck at J&T Shah Alam Gateway since 14/9 and no any update on parcel delivery.

There a lot of stoled issue at this inbound too, this time my item price a lot sir so that i file a complaint here. i will go to police station to make a protection report for my parcel, i also screenshot this chat to make a prove as i reported to your HQ, so i dont hesistate to make further action due to your service!

J&T Express Services your payment is not protected by j&t I hope they will return my money.

I received and paid 802 pesos parcel delivery from j&t today. I found out that I have no order coming from Tiktok seller. I thought it was from shopee coz im expecting order anytime this week. When I opened my parcel it is just a used cellphone case. The rider did not return my money coz he already click the POD. Na scam talaga ako ng tiktok 🤬 wtf….tiktok scammer knows my complete name and address how come? My account is private… be extra careful next time when accepting delivery from j&t lesson learned 😞

Desired outcome: Waiting feedback from j&t until nxt week. I’ve already filed complaint this afternoon.

J&T Express Parcel

Parcel yang saya terima telah dikoyakkan oleh courier , dan juga barang yang saya order telah dicuri/hilang ( foundation/makeup) cuma ditinggalkan free gift sahaja . Parcel saya juga stuck beberapa hari , selepas saya terima parcel yang saya order pada 6/sept/2023 dan akhirnya sampai pada 17/sept/2023 saya telah mendapati parcel saya telah dikoyakkan dan foundation saya telah dicuri/hilang hanya tinggal (beautyblender/eyebrow pensel/brush/pouchbag/blusher) . Juga saya dapati parcel saya telah digam menggunakan gam j&t . Disini saya ingin meminta tanggungjawab dri pihak j&t kerana suda jelas bahawa parcel saya telah dikoyakkan dan barang saya( foundation) telah dicuri/hilang. Saya juga telah memaklumkan perkara tersebut kepada saller(shoppe) dan juga staff j&t(cawangan kota marudu 89100/89108) saller(shoppe) juga suda mengesahkan bahawa parcel saya memang telah dikoyakkan oleh courier j&t , dan saller juga meminta saya untuk tidak refund parcel saya kepada dia , kerana ini suda jelas bahawa parcel saya telah dikoyakkan oleh courier j&t , saller juga meminta saya untuk claimkan wang tunai saya sebanyak RM101.00 kepada pihak j&t . Kemarin pada 17/sept/2023 jam lebih kurang 12TENGAH HARI saya telah pun pergi ke cawangan j&t kota marudu , dan berjumpa salah satu staff (ELESA) yang bertanggungjawab atas parcel saya . Saya juga telah memaklumkan dan memperlihatkan bukti bahaha parcel saya mmang telah dikoyak oleh courier , staff j&t juga telah meng’iyakan bawa benar parcel saya telah dikoyakkan . Terimakasih

J&T Express I have got two products together with one delivery from your courier agent id:jts206971.. Package :jte000178573182

The product recieved is a mixi and mug thermostat charger.The thermostat is not getting charged or the blue light is not continously on while charging.The slot used to make hot coffee also not working.Its taking too much time to do that process.The procedure for using the product is not given in any manual.I need to return back the product if its not working.

J&T Express Delivery driver Chrstn Quijado

Good day!

I would like to file a complaint to the delivery driver Chrstn Quijado who delivered my item today. He was upset as he could not find my address. He was in a different house and told me over the phone that "next time ma'am ha ayaw pag gamit og laing address" (next time ma'am do not use a different address) GAGO ka pala! Of all courier drivers, you're the only one who CAN'T find our address. The NERVE to tell me to not use a different address! So what do you think our address should be?! Should I ask you and get permission what should be our right address from you?!

I hope you'll sort this out cause I DON'T WANT HIM to deliver any item to our residence as I'm constantly purchasing with Shopee. EVER AGAIN!

The bank, light and water company can find our address except him! If he doesn't know then he could have asked nicely instead of saying RUDE and being DIRESPECTFUL!

TERRIBLE!

Desired outcome: DO NOT LET HIM DELIVER ANY PARCEL TO OUR ADDRESS IF YOU STILL WANT TO KEEP HIM AS A DELIVERY DRIVER THAT IS BEING RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!

J&T Express Item delivered is insecured.

At 2.17pm Friday 15/9, i received message from J&T service that my item is ready for deliver (hp no [protected]). The the courier sent me photo of the items but put it at the unsafe spot that open for theft (refer photo). I immediately replied text that i’m outside and it cannot be put like that but no response received until now (2.38pm). I mentioned that it is not acceptable and deemed unsafe and still no reply. Since i am yet to see my item, the liability and accountability still not transfered to me. Please be informed and please tell your courier to be more vigilent and having common sense on matters like this. For small item, i have no issue to hide it properly at the door but this one is exceptional. Thanks.

J&T Express Kehilangan sehelai inner jabatan

Pada 5/9/2023 saya telah menerima parcel dlm keadaan bungkusan seperti telah dibuka. Setelah melihat gambar parcel sebelum pengeposan saya dapati memang berlaku pencerobohan barangan saya. Saya juga dapati salah satu inner jabatan hilang. Sepatutnya sy menerima 25 helai tetapi hanya 24 helai yg ada didalam parcel. Sy juga telah btanya dgn pihak pengirim memang jumlah yg dihantar adalh 25 helai. Saya harap pihak tuan dapat mengambil maklum perkara ini kerana sy telah mengalami kerugian. Berlakulah jujur kerana barangan tersebut adalah hak orang lain. Sekian terima kasih.

J&T Express Attitude of the J&T Rider: Jamaica Velasco (Manila)

I got my parcel after the 3rd attempt of delivery. In the first attempt, I was at our school (med school) for whole day (8 am - 5 pm) so I wasn’t able to answer ALL THE RIDER’S calls. We were having a discussion from 8-12, and my lunch break was only from 12-1 pm. The rider called again but I wasn’t able to answer it because we were in the laboratory. I also couldn’t send her text messages because I have no load and didn’t have the time to do so since I was studying for our quizzes. My travel time from the school to condo was 1 hour. For the 2nd attempt, she was calling again but I was in our school again and taking the quizzes. Also, I wasn’t able to answer her calls by 11 am since I was commuting and didn’t hear my phone rang. I went to see if she was still there but they said that it was her break time. For the 3rd attempt, I was able to finally get the parcel. HOWEVER, I DIDN’T LIKE THE WAY THAT SHE TALKED TO ME. She asked me, “Why aren’t you answering the call? I called for so many times already.” I said that I was at the school for the whole day. And she said, “You should’ve texted me. I don’t know if what’s inside your parcel is important. And I cannot guess what to report to the office because I don’t know the reason why you’re not getting the parcel. It leaves us bad feedback because the parcel couldn’t be delivered for so many times.” I didn’t speak anymore because her face looks grumpy, and I can feel the IRRITATION AND ANNOYANCE in the way she delivered her words. I was so offended. I hope this won’t happen to other customer. MS. JAMAICA VELASCO needs to control her temper. Thank you.

J&T Express Rider delivery

I received a text from j&t na idedeliver yung parcel ko. Mga 8pm considered na gabi na, tumawag yung rider na oras na ng pahinga. Yung boyfriend ko yung nakasagot sa tawag na yun, kasi may ginagawa ako that time, but the rider was sarcastic di na sinabi yung about sa parcel na idedeliver mali ang pag approach nya. Nakakasira ng relasyon eh. Dis oras pa ng gabi tatawag pa, pwede naman sigurong ipagpabukas na. Can I ask, hanggang anong ba dapat ideliver yung isang parcel?

Desired outcome: Sagutin nyo yung tanong ko,if hanggang what time dapat yung pagdeliver? And sana pagsabihan yung mga rider na wag ng tumawag na alam nila na gabi na.
