The date parcel is jan 22, 2024 and I received the parcel on Jan 23, 2024. The order number is [protected]. I received my order but eventually I received 2 microhone stand instead of Console B1T1 which is in the receipt. The link of the seller is https://www.facebook.com/consolevaultph . My action is when I call the rider my money is already remit, there's no way to return my money that day.
Desired outcome: I want to back my money since my order is not the one I received. And there's any a way to return my money? I dont want to repeat this situation to others

Missing package and customer service respon
I left my goods at Hotel Santika Bukit Tinggi and they delivered it via J&T Express to my address in Jakarta on 26th December 2023. It usually took 3 - 4 days for delivery of the package so when the tracking didn't move i contacted the call center on 29th December and they asked me to wait until 30th December 2023 since it might be on delivery. My parcel hasn’t being deliver to me but the system update said so. The system was out for delivery since 6 Dec and later on was updated to attempts unsuccessful, and said I requested to be deliver at other time, while I never receive calls or messages regarding the delivery when I was at the address the whole time. Few of my parcels that are also using J&T courier were delivered to me just fine.
Later on 9 Dec, suddenly someone from the office branch texted me through Whatsapp and asked me to pick up on my own at their office because THE DISPATCHER WAS ON LEAVE 5 DAYS ALREADY. My concern is that, first, the system update was wrong and disinformation. Secondly, how can they asked me to self pick up when they are at fault. Maybe try to find another dispatcher cause the parcel has been delayed? I am at surprise with the service.

Backpack (scam)

The parcel I received was not the parcel I ordered since I just authorized a person to claim the parcel so i cannot verify if that parcel was correct. When I called the authorized person, she says it was a backpack.
The status of the parcel was canceled. Then suddenly, there was delivery on that item so i though it was just a technological issue not knowing I was being scammed.
The tiktok shop of the seller was already closed and I cannot reach it anymore.
Desired outcome: I hope I can claim the money I paid for that bag.
Parcel delay, parcel not found, parcel lost
I am very disspointed with jnt service at this moment. I ordered my parcel since 24 nov and the parcel is dispatched from sorting center by 26 nov. But till 30 nov i havent receive any parcel. I contacted the customer services but it seems they do not know where my parcel is. I tracked by waybill no. But no progress.

This particular courier deliver a wrong parcel to my doorstep last week, came over this morning ratting and causes disturbance early this morning.
After that requested my dad to pack the item and deliver to our neighbour, when i got hold of this information i got very angry and started the argument, she even mention we are breaking the law for opening others parcel, which in case she deliver on my doorstep. Than started nasty ratting on why we are angry since is both parties mistake, than mention we put the item at the door she will settle for us, in what world should i even need to obey her single instruction. i have made a police report on this incident, i have called up J&T hotline, still awaiting for the reply.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to complain regarding my undelivered parcel. To find out, my parcel was received last September 18, 2023. I did call the assigned delivery man to trace my parcel but we found out that he's not in the company already. We went to Butuan 2 branch last Nov. 25, 2023 in the afternoon. On the next day we followed up, we found out that the tracking number was in the status - Out for Delivery. I never received the Physical Item but the part time delivery man said he already delivered the item. With this, we would like to ask for your immediate action on this.

But Rider refuses to use Popbox. He claimed had placed it on the table but found NOTHING.
The Rider only sent a photo of the Parcel as attached without any proof that he actually sent it to Sunway Serene. No Building Photo or anything proof it is Serene Residence.
I'm very disappointed

Your staff was lying, he did not come to my address and claimed he was here.
Was not answering me and demanding to come down before even he reaches.
Then even he said if you want to complain, go and do. So is this your staff.
I am cabin crew I just landed in morning was sleeping, but I woke and did not sleep not wanted to miss my parcel, and he was just laying he did not even come to this address and showing attitude and rudeness.

i am complaining about J&T company for bad service
I ordered goods from China. Right now this order is with J&T Express for delivery. in the last 3 days J&T Express driver sent massaged and asked for location, I sent location on time. But my parcel still not delivered yet. Every day they sent one massaged and asked for location, Every day I call the drivers, but no one responds to my calls and messages. I want this order very urgently Please take some action against them.

I already tried to complain through calling and the agent is kind and sounds supportive
My complain is about the item that supposed to be delivered but u never received call or message from your company or even the rider himself. I saw in the application only "out for delivery" and so I waited. To my disappointment it did not arrive but I thought probably too much to deliver on that day. To my shock when I brows in the application I saw a note"delivery unsuccessful, buyer refuse to accept the order. Oh wow, so I called shopee, I called your agent but nothing happened
Next day or two same rider is scheduled to deliver my other item. Same thing happened.
And now this rider is assigned again to deliver one of my order. What am I expecting now
Desired outcome: If you are really asking a client like me what is my desired outcome i think that rider is not serious with this job so he/she doesn't deserve it, or if you have training program, retrained that rider again
jnt beberapa x tidak mengirimkan paket sampai di rumah
Tempo hari suami saya memakai jnt, klaimnya alamatnya tidak ditemukan, dan itu beberapa x terjadi padahal kurir lain dapat menemukan alamat yang sama dari jasa pengiriman yang berbeda bukan jnt. Hari ini saya dichat jnt dan diminta ambil paket ke kantornya. Jarak kantornya jauh dari lokasi saya!
Saya menggunakan jasa pengiriman karena saya bekerja dan tidak sempet untuk ambil2 barang pesanan. Mohon lebih profesional menggunakan alasan untuk tidak mengantarkan pesanan sampai ke rumah. Kenapa tidak ada kurir padahal ini service pengiriman barang! Silakan dibaca chat dari pihak jnt yang saya attach.
Desired outcome: Perlu profesionalitas dalam mengantarkan pesanan sampai pada customer. Hindari menggunakan alasan tidak masuk akal salah satunya tidak ada kurir.

Hi there, I would like to raise a complaint regarding one of your delivery guy which has serious issues in communication and being rude to me for a few times during parcel delivery.
On 16/11/2023 this guy was rudely speaking to me saying that I did not put my house number for the delivery.
I screenshot my evidence that I have put the house number in my address.
To cover his rude behavior, he again rudely and abruptly said that “put the number of the road not only the house number”
Hereby I’m complaining on his behavior and actions and hope you can look into this matter urgently.
As a customer, I am unhappy with your service and not willing to get it again anytime soon.

So I sent my parcel on 30/10/2023! @ j&t j&t express selangor - selayang baru (sgr007) mistakenly switch my resit with somebody, I asked few times no update.. Gone missing, didnt give me clear update bout status.. Keep saying update from hq. I understand this is human error, cause this never happen to me.. Normally all their work is great, luckily I checked on my jnt apps and track my parcel, seems like they never get scan.. I truly understand mistake can happen but what I dont understand is stadd seems to dont know how to handle this matter.. U work there, how come u didnt know.. Or at least have manner on how to treat ur cust on this matter.. Give assurance! So please j&t do something about this.

Unethical business practice
Avoid J&T ! Very unethical and irresponsible practice. I paid for my documents to be sent in a sealed envelope. But when they negligently tore my envelope, they just returned it to me without any explanation. Upon checking they claimed that I sent a torn envelope and refused to refund my paid amount. I felt like being SCAMMED because a business can so easily collect our money but don't need to perform the task they are being paid for, and unethically keep our money. The way they handle customer issues is dysfunctional as well.
Desired outcome: Should refund the courier fees if did not perform their duties.
Bike rider driving recklessly
31st Oct at 2pm in Taipan.
While I was on my left side turning in slowly to park my car at the parking lot infront of Berry's, this Malay rider of J&T came so fast on my right n swayed his bike to scare me and almost hit my Honda City car. His bike no is BNY 5766. He stopped his bike and crossed over to the other side to Big Pharmacy. I took a picture of his bike and when he came back I told him jangan berlagak. and he can accuse me of not putting my signal. 1st of all when I put my signal to the right and he's on my left how could he see?
Just because the P sticker is on my car doesn't mean I'm a probation driver. My son is using my car at times. I told him I've been driving for the past 24 years and don't tell me I didn't use my signal. He laughed thinking I'm a 'P' driver.
He has no discipline on the road and being impolite. He should apologize instead of accusing me.
He has no moral values and endangers the other car drivers on the road. I hope J&T will look into this seriously and act on it immediately & provide me with a feedback.

My item not received but it written delivered
Yesterday 9.02am my oarcel was out for delivery. Im waiting till late night but there's no carier come to deliver my parcel. Then this morning I checked it written delivered. When I check receipient information (picture), there was not my house. Its look like some kind office. There was a man wearing soldier uniform. I call jnt sibu 304, call hotline, whatsapp but no pick up phone call and no reply chat. Very disappointed!
