This complain concerns to sharon genna - home supervisor. The company don't need a supervisor like sharon genna. She don't know her job. She ask her subordinate to do her job. She is a very lazy supervisor. She harassed everybody to do some jobs they not supposed too. She is a racist too. She shops while on the clock. Corporate should really investigate deeper about sharon genna because the company don't need a supervisor like her that don't know her job. She already have record from previous employee who complain also of harassment in the job. Please act upon her as soon as possible. It seems jcpenney also don't train supervisor really good specially talking and managing people. Most supervisors in store 0562 are really rude to the employees. Everybody knows that the company is not doing good right now but that doesn't mean they will not train those people they give a position. This will just make jc penney the worst company to work with. Attention mr. Mike ullman! You need a good management to be able to have a good employee that can give an excellent customer service to customers.
