The manager, JEFF at the Woodland Mall JCPenney in Grand Rapids Michigan literally hung up on me after I called wondering where my order was after not hearing anything for a month! He was rude, and then even said something horrible about me as I left the building, literally wishing something horrible to happen to me on my way home! someone like that should NOT be a manager or be in charge of any store anywhere! I will NEVER use JCPenney as a store for ordering anything ever again, I will also be cutting up my new credit card from them as I will never use it.
Desired outcome: For that Manager to be re-taught why hanging up on a customer is childish and not appropriate since they had my order which needed to be filled yet.

What Jeff did made me so angry that I took my anger out on my granny. My dad told her to press charges and I lied and said that he messed with me when I was a child. NO one belives me since I lied about this before.
That guy has tried changing his name to mine and posting comments, I have reported him so many times. He has left over 400 nasty comments on everyone's complaints. I think he literally just sits on here all day to be nasty to people, very sad human being. "nunyobizness" was my name on here until he changed his to it and started leaving weird, perverted comments, like the one above. He needs serious help.
Fine .I posted that about my dad lying about him. J admit that I took my anger out on my granny. Happy.
