JC Penney review: Customers service

I was in the store Sunday. 8/6/23 The casher was not friendly at all.

She was trying to convince me to apply for the credit card. When I declined it, it went downhill from there. She was not a good representee of the store. I was in the store buying school clothes for my niece. I felt like taking everything back. She left one of those tag with the ink on the shirt and she throw the bag on counter. I am not happy with this behavior. I could have gone somewhere else and got better service. I always look at JCPenney's of having great customer service.
