My mother, Juanita Granado and I, Olivia Zapata, had an Appointment with JcPenney Salon on Monday, 04/01/2019. It was a mother / daughter day, so we decided to both get perms on our hair. We got there at 11:30am. Our appointments were 12pm and 12:30pm, but both of us got seen at 12:35pm. Samatha, stylist, did my mother's hair and Cari did mine. We were there for over 2 1/2 hours. Left with a disappoint look on our faces, but we still paid and tipped the ladies. Now, its 04/04/2019 and we both washed our hair and the curls/perm were gone. Our hair was very frizzy and looked like a very bad hair day! NOT TOO HAPPY! We paid a lot of money to have frizzy hair even after following the rules. WE want to be returned back our money. I paid $90 + $15 tip + $29.97 (hair products) + taxes = $137.44 and my mom paid $90 + $10 tip = $100. We don't need the products any more and they definitely don't deserve the tips. I have attached a copy of my receipt. My mother has hers, but will not see her until this weekend. Left a message with the Salon and still have not heard back from anyone. We will never do business with this Salon! I can't provide you with any photos as requested! I work for the State of Texas as an underwriter and needed to maintain my professional look, so I worked on my hair for over an hour today.
