My wife and I were shopping at the store in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin on Thursday, October 23rd, 2025. I saw a Levi’s leather coat that was priced 140.00. The sign above the coat said all Levi’s outerwear listed at 140.00 was on sale for 84.00. At checkout, they would not give me the discount. I went and brought the sign to the cashier, who had called the manager to the register. She refused to give me the listed discount, explaining that the sign was incorrectly placed above the jackets. I probably would have still purchased the coat, but her rudeness was something I never experienced before in a retail situation. There’s a reason Penney’s is on its last legs. Amazon, here I come. p.s. found the exact coat on Amazon for 85.00.
