Hello. I have sent many complaints to the company and have not received any response. For more than a year and two months I have been sending them. All departments have not responded to any complaint. They only tell me that it should be sent to the Sudan administration, and they will not accuse anyone who calls or sends to it. No. The general manager or sales manager did not respond and did not care about any details. I do not know why. Even the company’s management in Switzerland did not respond to me. I sent messages containing everything related to the complaint, but I do not know what to do after all this trouble.
