I have been an agent for the company since 2020 and have applied to it since 2012. I have never enjoyed the share and the problem occurred in the country.Even before this, the company did not give us quantities, only one or two per week at the company’s headquarters in Khartoum Bahri. Since it started bringing products from abroad, I have been sending to the company and the manager has contacted me, but without any solutions in 2023. ق Since then, no one has responded to me. They only made promises, all without any excuse. I still don’t know the reason. The Japanese Tobacco Company is a huge, global company with a great position in the world and an excellent reputation.Only in Sudan we have problems, greed and selfishness. I am very worried because time has passed, 3 years without any solutions. It is impossible that there are no solutions for us. Just take care of the clients because of their psychological pressures.
