I had a coupon for the new Philly Bonus Jack (cheeseburger with green peppers and onions). The burger in the photo looked delicious, so I ordered one. I'm well aware that the marketing photos and the real thing never look the same, but this was a disgrace! A tiny burger that couldn't have been more than 1/4" thin, and had a wide margin of empty bun around it. The peppers and onions were just a dab on top. If you looked at the whole thing before taking a bite, you couldn't see any burger or filling at all; just all bun! And tasteless. This goes beyond marketing differences; this is false advertising. I will NEVER order another one again! (South Scottsdale, Arizona)

Recommendation: Don't waste your money
