The managers name is Penny she is very inappropriate and unprofessional i go into jack in the box and she's yelling and belittling the employees in front of a lobby full of costumers for instant telling them their not smart and their dumb. Her personal hygiene needs to be mentioned also because she smell and look like she hasn't showered or brushes her hair. Something needs to change with management because it's wrong the way she is treating the employees and making us costumers feel uncomfortable because we have to listen and watch her do this.
