Jack In The Box review: Fajita pita and chicken strips

I registered this complaint around March 12th. The restaurant I went to was #[protected] mccall blvd. I have not heard anything about this and was wondering what is going on with this complaint. This is not good customer service. The chicken did not taste good in either item. I should have gotten my money back and an apologize for the problem. As I recall I got neither. Let me know what you are going to do.
