Jack In The Box Grilled chicken salad and drink

I recently went to Jack in the Box on 1200 W Glenoaks Blvd. I ordered a grilled chicken salad more than once. Sometimes, the salad is not fresh and sometimes, they get my order wrong. They gave me a sandwich by mistake. They also get my drink wrong because they don't look closely at the flavors on the fountain drink machine. They don't have a machine for customers to use on their own. Also, the employees sometimes take a long time attending the counter.

Jack In The Box overcharging

I went to store # 3989 and ordered a breakfast platter that was listed at $4.99 and they charged me $6.29 for it. I asked the manager to correct the overcharge and she refused to correct it or to give my money back. The order number is 119 on the receipt and also they did not give me my receipt until I demanded it. Also they did not give any utensils or napkins or condiments. also the manager was very unprofessional and rude.

Desired outcome: I want a refund for my money.

Jack In The Box Management and Employee disrespect; Address: 10701 Venice Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90034

At approx 7:15 PM I went thru the drive-thru; I ordered a six-piece chicken tender; when I got to the drive-thru I was told by the cashier that I could only have 2 sauces for a SIX piece order; I asked to see the manager who promptly told me that the cashier lied to me and told me the most I could have per policy was 2 sauces. He proclaimed that three was policy, and I asked for ONE additional sauce (this certainly isn't asking for the store), and was told that I would have to be charged for the additional sauce... He hadn't even given me the third one at that point and I had to assert myself just to get what the policy provided... I told him that that was [censored] and I would never come back to your facilities; Ever! I don't know how many millionaires you have come to this store, but considering that you are one of the highest priced in the land and also consider this; Massive layoffs and devastation of the middle class is coming; You should be making sure your customers feel appreciated; your businesses survival may be a stake. The manager's response was that he would be glad to step outside with me if he wasn't on the clock, and asked that I come back to fight him when he got off.

Desired outcome: The policy must change, but at the very least a manager that would threaten a customer shouldn't have a job anywhere.

Jack In The Box Grilled chicken sandwich

I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich combo and thank god it fell apart because the tomato’s inside were moldy. I feel bad for anyone who ordered this sandwich and ate it without looking like I almost did! It happened today on 9/07/2022 around 11:50am.the issue happened at the jack in the box in lake Elsinore, CA. I would like it if I could get a refund. I did not take any other action other than filing this complaint because I went through the drive thru due to my son being asleep.

Jack In The Box Customer service

Arrived in drive thru

Worker said they were closed in drive thru and so asked if lobby was open. She then said yes, so went inside and no workers at the counter. A few walking around doing nothing. Didn’t ask if we needed help nor asked if we wanted to order. Then heard someone order in drive thru?!Playing around in the restaurant the workers. Terrible restaurant. Will never return. Management must be horrible or non existent. Will make sure everyone does not go to this jack in the box. Awful!

Jack In The Box Restroom

well, it's such a bad thing that this restaurant sucked with how the restroom was maintained

yall are a big corporation or franchise and its sad to know that yall cant afford the good brand of toilet paper, yes yall heard me rite! the toilet paper with ONLY 1 ply, cmon, the restroom had lots of pieces of toilet paper scattered everywhere from where the customers couldnt even rip it off! the trsh cans nasty, full of trash too, im assuming thats how the managers house looks like! no respnibilities whatsoever! poor hygien and lack of preparedness!

(KAPAHULU) store. I had to ask for good /better prepared sour dough burger/ @ this store they pre dip the tacos...very soggy. The people who work there don,t really listen to you the customer. Jack In The Box Dodger Promotion

On Sunday August 21, 2022 in Diamond Bar, Ca 91765, at 5:53 p.m. my wife and I went to Jack in the box and ordered the Dodger promotion for two. The employee did not know about the promotion even through they had a sign in the drive thru. We had to explain and was given the order back to us. We were given the order and my wife looked at the receipt and we were charged for one of the Jumbo Jacks. We ordered two drinks and a order of French fries and told the employee for two. Attached is the receipt showing the charge. I would like either a refund or some type of compensation. Don't have a promotion without informing everyone of such.

Jack In The Box Bromfield Colorado

I received a liver transplant in Denver and Since 2015 I have been going back and forth from Fort Collins to Denver. I've had 4 major surgeries and on one occasion few months back I had an infection and had just been released from the hospital and I had two drain tubes hanging out of my stomach. My wife went into your bromfield Jack n box and asked for a fresh sandwich. they prepared one using same ingredients. She ask again for a freshly cooked one with all ingredients. After Mary asked again the manager began screaming at the top of her lungs.at my wife then through no fault of hers. A group of teens began yelling Keren and surrounded her. would not let her out of the store and the manager laughed at her and said try and get me fired. you cant im a god here.

a young girl stuck her phone in my wifes face and Mary grabbed it and then handed it back to her. the girl filled a false claim my wife hit her. My wife was charged with simple battery. Closed her mouth and did not defend herself being a senior citizen she really didn't know what to do. she had to write a letter to YOUR manager stating she was sorry for yelling. Which she never raised her voice one. and in court she allowed them to read the false statement.  I couldn't believe my wife didn't defend herself. All because your manager couldn't fix a fresh sandwich and be nice. We thought long and hard about suing your store. But why it takes money and we are so broke its not even funny. so we are another victim of Jack n the box. So this will never go past anyone who can do anything or even care. just a waste of time

Desired outcome: a letter absolving MAry Clark of any wrong doing and firing of manager of said store

Jack In The Box Chicken strips

I ordered the chicken strips from the Steubner airline, tx location on august 13 around 12:30 PM. they were As close to an edible as any fast food I’ve had before. The meat was chewy and hard depending on which bite I took the breading was greasy and falling off. Basically, I paid 13 bucks for curly fries and a Coke. If this is how your chicken strips always are, you should probably just take them off the menu and add another burger instead.

Desired outcome: Partial refund, the curly fries were good and so was the Coke

Jack In The Box Abuse from employees plus at the Susanville California store

Good Afternoon my name is Jeremy Lee Sullivan I am an author/ musician/ advocate. I have a huge complaint where your employees are targeting/ abusing me because I am a hetero sexual male. I have reported this to the United States Attorney General and now need to bring this to your attention.

I originally was going to have this resolved with a male manager after being attacked by female employees. Yet after I left the store a voicemail to talk to the manager "Daniel". An angry woman called me back, and that is evidence of more harassment/ terrorism. I will have this store shut down if you do not resolve this.

Here is a copy of an incident report to what transpired. I am in litigation world wide against an LGBTQ cult who have waged war on heterosexual men. And the treatment at your store only validates your establishment is on the same agenda. I am expecting an out of court settlement or I will proceed in full litigation towards removing Jack in the Box from operating in the U.S. plus.

Jack In The Box Service and employee attitude

At 9:30 am on August 2, 2022 I went to the Jack in the Box in Rancho Bernardo California to purchase a gift certificate. There was no service at the inside counter until yelled for help. A man who said his name was Jose finally came to the counter and said he was busy. I told him I wanted to buy a gift certificate. He then left the counter and went to the drive-up window. I called again for service and in a few minutes he returned. I said the service here is not very good and he told me to get out. I needed the gift certificate for my grandson's birthday so I waited to complete the purchase. Jose finally came back to the counter and I again asked to buy a gift certificate. He then said "we only take cash for gift certificates" in a gruff manner. I repeated that I want a gift certificate, showed him the cash and he finally started preparing the certificate. During this transaction, Jose left and returned to the counter five times.

I noticed one female employee sitting in the back area and another female employee sitting out in front of the counter in the customer eating area. One or both of them should have been helping with customer service,

This experience was painful and unprofessional. The attitude and behavior displayed by Jose has no place in public service and reflects very poorly on the your whole organization.

Desired outcome: Train or replace the staff at the Rancho Bernardo Jack in the Box to get employees with a service motivated attitude and behavior. No customer should have to go through the experience I did.

Jack In The Box Ultimate cheese Burger

My brother went and got food from east Alton/ wood river location the plastic clip that holds your bag of buns closed was in my cheeseburger! First bite I’m chewing on a plastic clip for bun bags. This is unacceptable. I almost choked on that! The clips scratched the crap out of the roof of my mouth and tongue. Thank heavens the worst outcome didn’t happen. Food came from east Alton/ wood river IL location. Happened at 11:45-12am 8/1/22

Jack In The Box horrible customer service

Hello, I went for breakfast on 7/31/2022 at 8:30 am, as I usually do, at JIB#3595. I ordered The French toast breakfast platter combo , 1 6pc order of french toast sticks , and 1 ult bfst sandwich and some drinks. Usually i have no problems but today with my order it was incorrect I had pancakes instead of french toast. I went inside to the location to explain that my order was wrong and instead of being helped I was being told what I ordered and that the woman made more order correct and she wasnt wrong. i was getting upset i ended up only asking for my money for the breakfast platter which was incorrect she only gave me back $5.49 when the platter totaled $8.49. After being disrespected by this woman who refused to provide her name after taking off her name tag I let her know i would be filing this complaint her response was [censored] YOU! I feel completely disrespected as this is not the type of service I expect to receive when my order was the one that was messed up.

Desired outcome: My desired outcome was originally was to get french toast sticks instead of pancakes like I ordered. Now I want a full refund as I've been disrespected and was late for work to get food I didn't even get to eat.

Jack In The Box Chicken Fajita Combos

On July 27,2022 I visited Jack in the Box on Corner of Rainbow blvd and Windmill on Las Vegas,Nevada.I bought some combos including 2 fajita Pita.

the other combos where ok but the 2 fajitas not they just put Lettuce inside and they cost almost $8 per combo.No chicken at all.

Jack In The Box Rude service at togo window and refuse to accept your coupon

I filled out a survey on line and was given my code to get a free supreme croissant w/ the purchase of one. I went to the store at Wm. Cannon at Escarpment near US290 & 71. I ordered my food and drove to the window to pay. The rude lady said I couldn't use the coupon because it expires 7 days after being served. I told her it says to do the survey within 3 days and the coupon expires 7 days "after the survey is completed. I asked her to read it but she wouldn't. I asked her to type in the code and see if it works. She said no and said I just cancelled your order and you need to leave. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she's not here and the store goes by her rules and not what the receipt says. I then drove 10 miles away to another store #823 and the sweet lady at the window agreed with me, she typed in the code and everything went perfect and I was given my food after my payment. I went 10 miles outta my way and then back. 30 minutes outta my way and almost two gallons of gas just to save $5. Your Oak Hill store on east Wm. Cannon near Escarpment is the rudest store I've ever been to. The lady at the window wouldn't give me her name. It was Sunday 7/24/2022 at 12 noon.The lady looked about 20 years old, thin, glasses and I think Mexican- American. I will never go to that store again. Before I go to another store and before I tell my friends and social media sites... I will wait one week for a responce back on how you handled this. (southwest Austin, Texas)

Desired outcome: Make serious corrections at that first store with the lady at the window and her manager and go by the rules on the receipt. I feel I deserve at least $10 in coupons due to my time and gas at having to go out of my way.

Jack In The Box Discrimination at ebt food card users; bad food

Valley Village, CA 7/17/22. For months, the JiB has taken the EBT card at the drive-thru window with a sign saying "EBT Welcome." As a senior, drive-thru is best, especially because this place is sketchy. On this day, I went there mainly because my spouse had been home from the hospital, and it was the closest, quickest place to get food with the EBT card. I drove up to the menu/order area and see a tiny note on the huge menu board saying EBT card users must go inside to pay. There was no sign posted BEFORE driving into the queue. I ask about it, and was told the card reader was broken (even though the card reader inside the store worked fine). I said how long has it been broken--they said 2 weeks. I tell him I'm pinned in with 3 cars ahead of me and 2 behind me. Response is you have to go inside and have a nice day (sarcastic). So I wait and I'm finally able to drive all the way through out to the street--I have to drive around the block in order to get back into the parking area. I go inside and order the food and show my EBT card--at which point, the man (who told me I had to go inside), snickered under his breath at me. Anyway, I told him I would not have come back unless my spouse had come back from the hospital-- and also there was no sign posted BEFORE driving into the queue. He insisted there was--but there wasn't. He kept saying have a nice day sarcastically over and over. After getting my food, I went outside to see if there had been a sign I'd missed--but no. I told him, no, there is no sign, come and look. He kept saying have a nice day and finally "F--- you!" It seems they are trying to discourage EBT customers.

Desired outcome: Refund $12, apology, man retrained, accept EBT at drive-thru window

Terrible experience at the Lake Havasu Drive tru!

It was about 5:15 and we had a 6pm appointment. Thought we'd get a quick bite in the drive thru and eat on the way. One car ahead of us. They were at the order box for some time. After about 10 minutes they went through. I got the "Welcome to Jack in The Box, we'll be with you in a moment". We also had a long wait. I finally yelled in the box "Hello, did you forget about us?". Finally someone answered and took the order. Another wait as the other car was still at the pick up window. We are starting to panic now as its 25 to 6pm and we had to be on the other side of town for a meeting. The other car left. We get up to the window, paid then nothing. When I say nothing. The window closed and there was no one there. After 10 minutes I knew we couldn't wait any longer. I started knocking on the window. By this time there was at least 6 cars behind me! I got out of my car and looked in. I saw everyone walking around but no one was coming to the window. I knocked long and hard over and over. Nothing. Then everyone in line started honking their horns! Finally a lady come to the window and promptly handed me a strawberry milkshake. I didn't order a milkshake! It was like water when she tried to put it in my hand. I said I didn't order it and that the milkshake was completely melted. She said "Oh sorry wrong order"and handed me yet another order that wasn't mine. I repeated what I got and she called the man that took my order over. It hadn't even been started yet! Its 5 minutes to 6 now. I said I just wanted my money back and we could not wait. The guy that took my order turned around to the staff in the kitchen and threw a complete fit! Yelling and screaming etc. One of the kitchen staff came around and told him to settle down and relax, take a breath. He's yelling and throwing his arms around. The lady fumbled to try and return our money. I said just give me $10 and we'll call it a day that I'm going to be late. She said "No, I have to punch in the codes to return money" and closed the window! At this point people are getting out of their cars behind me asking what's going on. I tried to tell them I haven't even got my order yet and was just getting a refund. The horns started again. Now there is more cars in line. So we finally got refunded and were 15 minutes late for our appointment. Not impressed. We live 45 minutes from Havasu and getting into get fast food is a treat living out in the desert. Very disappointed ... and your employee needs some anger management.

Jack In The Box Unauthorized charge

We purchased lunch on 7/4/2022; paid the bill by credit card and were told there was no paper for the machine so we could not have a receipt for purchase made until possibly the next day when they had paper...amount was $8.64. We obtained a copy of our bank statement and found that on 7/5/2022, not only were we charged the $8.64 for 2 burgers but we were also charged $7.77 for no reason. We would like very much to have our $7.77 returned to us. The charge was dated 7/5/22 and was made at the Jack in the Box at W.34th street and Mangum.

Desired outcome: Refund of $7.77 or coupons for 2 burgers. Let us know and address will be provided.
