We ordered our breakfast food at 10:46; it was not overly busy; it took 16 min to get 2 jumbo breakfast platters. The food was lukewarm and the presence of the food looked liked it had just been dumped into tray; in the middle of the order, another customer came up and asked for ice, which your employee stopped serving us, left us alone, then came back and said, so what did you order? When picking up order called out number, but gave no recognition when we picked up order. Then food was to cold.
