I’m extremely frustrated with the experience I’ve had with JCPenney regarding my recent purchase (Order #[protected]).
I ordered two pairs of sneakers and a pair of shorts, but the package was sent to the wrong address in New Jersey—my billing address—instead of my correct mailing address in North Carolina.
After more than a dozen attempts to resolve this, I’ve gotten nowhere. I even took it upon myself to contact the NJ post office and arrange for the package to be returned to sender, hoping it would be reshipped correctly. Unfortunately, no one at JCPenney seems willing to take ownership or initiative to fix the issue.
You put in your New Jersey address. That is on you. This could have easily been avoided if you put in the correct address.
I didn't put in my New Jersey address. My shipping address was North Carolina. According to JCPenney the warehouse chose the wrong address when they sipped it. even if that was the case they will not ship again or let me buy again at the same price. Meanwhile i haven't seen a reimbursement back.
