JC Penney – The worst customer service

I will not buy ever again from this store, they are not designed to help customers and their systems and process do not allow for the customer to get their needs met. I wanted to change an address for shipping and they refused to help, I tried to cancel the order and they told me they couldn't help, I had to call UPS, UPS tells me that the sender JC Penny restricted they package so they could not do anything, they could not cancel and could not change the address

This is the worst experience I ever had and a complete waste of my time for nothing
