I placed an order for 2 curtain panels and I received the wrong panels. I called customer service and was advised I would have to return them to the store and place another order. I place the 2nd order August 8th. On August 20th, I called again because I never received the 2nd order. I was advised it was lost in shipping and that I would have to place another order but they would refund the payment for the 2nd order and the shipping cost for the 3rd order after it shipped. After the 3rd order shipped, I called for the shipping cost refund and was told I would have to call again after I receive the items. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced from this store.
