They are charging my mom for a broken wall that was already broken on the moving day and reported the same day with pictures 10/28/2024. 11/07/204 a technician come on-site from 8 am to 8:44 am applied patching plaster mud over the broken area and left. Reported it again and explain that the wall was not fix and add another work order. Two months after when they finally send someone to fix it properly they decided it is the resident responsibility. You could see in the pictures the pieces of wood they have in the wall are rotten.
