Man oh man oh man. I gotta tell y'all about my experience with Bungalow. Let me set the scene: I was looking for a place to rent and stumbled upon their website. It seemed like a great idea - affordable housing in nice areas with roommates! But little did I know, it was just a bunch of tomfoolery to cover up their lack of customer service skills.

I had a run-in with a lady named Deyna and let me tell you, she RUINED my entire experience. She was not attentive to my needs and took her sweet old time getting back to me, resulting in us losing out on prime properties. And don't even get me started on her unprofessionalism. She acted like she was better than everyone and made me feel like trash.

But it's not just Deyna, the company as a whole seems to be crumbling. Rumor has it that all of their properties are being returned to the owners. They can't keep up with their own business and it shows.

Bottom line: steer clear of Bungalow and definitely stay away from Deyna. She's the worst.
