I started using Bungalow back in the summer and things seemed great at first. The renting process was easy and the communication was good. However, since September, my monthly utility bill has been mysteriously $70 higher than it should be. As it's been getting cooler, I expected my bill to decrease, but no such luck. To make matters worse, Bungalow stopped showing me the details of my bill, so I have no idea why this is happening.

I have been using autopay and every monthly bill was paid on time, but to my surprise, I recently found out that there is $180 left unpaid on my account. This is incredibly frustrating because I have no idea why this is happening and it feels like they're stealing my money.

I've tried reaching out to their customer service department, but it's been a nightmare. Their response time is extremely slow and when I finally do receive a response, it's usually something generic that doesn't address my specific issue.

I'm extremely disappointed with Bungalow and will never use them again. I've also been warning all of my friends and family about their terrible service. It's just not worth the hassle and frustration.

I been researching rentals for a while now and nothing was sticking. So I thought, why the heck not try another website. I stumbled upon Bungalow and decided why not give it a try. I looked at their info on renting houses and thought it seemed pretty legit. I talked to their customer support cats and they broke it down for me, which was awesome sauce. I spilled the beans about my rental struggles and they promised to help a sister out. And you know what, they did! They helped me find a hella cool place to live, fo sho. I also realized that no one was really overseeing the listing of my property, and that only added to my worries. I wish I had read and taken the bad reviews more seriously before signing the contract with them. Their approach was quite unconventional, with everyone working remotely and no one really looking over your property with the attention it needed.

Overall, it's safe to say that the experience I had with Bungalow was below average. As a homeowner, I would recommend looking for other options that offer better quality service and more attentive care towards your property.

Bungalow, let me tell you, their maintenance management ain't all that great. You put in a work order, and they just send it off to some third-party contractor without even double-checking if the work is really getting done. And let me tell you from personal experience, it ain't. I've sent in about 3 or 4 work orders since I moved in, and not a single one has been completed. But apparently, according to these outside contractors, they're all done and dusted. It takes them like 40 days just to show up! And don't even think for a second that they care about you or your problems. All they care about is getting that rent money, and when it's time to make repairs, good luck getting anything fixed. It's like a never-ending cycle of looping back and forth between the tenant and Bungalow. I've had all sorts of issues, like a leaky roof, plumbing problems, and power outages, and not one of them has been resolved in the 5 months I've been living here. Just goes to show, sometimes renting a bungalow ain't all it's cracked up to be!

Yo, let me tell you about my experience with Bungalow. To be honest, their staff is kinda all over the place and not the friendliest group out there. Their support systems, leasing services, resident onboarding, resident portal, and billing/payment teams are not the greatest at handling issues or giving you any expectation of when you'll get a resolution. Instead, they just pass you off to someone else or don't even bother trying to help you out with what you need. They just want to close their ticket and move on.

Don't get your hopes up for any top-notch service, and realize that you'll only get enough human support to get you through the process. I signed a lease with them and couldn't change my move-in date, even after reaching out to staff members several times. And to make matters worse, when they finally did get back to me, they gave me three different answers about my request. What a mess!

One member of their team even had the nerve to demand immediate payment or they would void my lease. Yeah, like that's gonna make me want to work with you guys again. I finally had enough and told them to cancel my lease. Thank goodness for that (un)helpful agent who inadvertently saved me a bunch of time by being so unprofessional.

Overall, I would say that my Bungalow experience was pretty frustrating. Their staff needs to do a better job of communicating with each other and with their customers. Hopefully, they can step up their game soon and start providing better service to everyone who comes their way.

Man oh man oh man. I gotta tell y'all about my experience with Bungalow. Let me set the scene: I was looking for a place to rent and stumbled upon their website. It seemed like a great idea - affordable housing in nice areas with roommates! But little did I know, it was just a bunch of tomfoolery to cover up their lack of customer service skills.

I had a run-in with a lady named Deyna and let me tell you, she RUINED my entire experience. She was not attentive to my needs and took her sweet old time getting back to me, resulting in us losing out on prime properties. And don't even get me started on her unprofessionalism. She acted like she was better than everyone and made me feel like trash.

But it's not just Deyna, the company as a whole seems to be crumbling. Rumor has it that all of their properties are being returned to the owners. They can't keep up with their own business and it shows.

Bottom line: steer clear of Bungalow and definitely stay away from Deyna. She's the worst.
