I moved into this property on June 7th 2025. I had orientation a few days prior and told them about the pool. It was supposed to be cleaned and wasn’t. Come to find out the filter system doesn’t work. I spent June July August with the same issue and the filter is not working still. The there was an electrical issue. I am charged $120 additional per month for a service I have not been able to use since moving in here. I am also being charged $9.95 a month for filters that I have not received sine being her. Then in July they had my ledger incorrect and charged me an additional 500. This got corrected but I was charged a late fee of $75 dollars. They refused to credit all of this. I refuse to pay this as well. I have been charged another late fee in August and I deducted the fees being charged for services I am not able to use nor received. I’m being charged $40 dollars mandatory for smart ring that you can’t access per month. Then because I am being ignored and have had maintenance here at least 7 times I was called a liar pretty much by management. The pool is has stains from them not fixing the issue. I have been charged a legal fee as well. I want credited the $765 plus the little fees charged by them to my account immediately! They also stated I didn’t have renter’s insurance and I purchased it through thier company. I would like this to be resolved immediately. Thank you
