Absolutely same situation as above. The quality wasn't good at all, but as the don't accept returns from where i am, the made an "exception" and said i can return with store credit. Today they are saying that the item has stains! It was not even worn🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ ask to pay 12 dollar for sending it back.

The company is TRASH!

Do not ever order from this company. They are expensive cheaply made swimsuits. If you try to return a swimsuit - they will not accept the return and say it is "dirty" - even if you never tried it on. What a scam. They will charge you $12 to return it, deny the return by lying and then ask you to send $12 more to get it returned back to you. Screw this company, as they will screw you.

Worst customer service. If you order somethin' that don't fit and need to send it back, you gotta chase 'em for months to get store credit, and even then, they claim to give ya full credit but when ya try to purchase somethin' new, it don't give ya all yer credit. How is this company still in business?

Don't buy from them unless you know it's gonna fit! They won't return or exchange your merchandise. Worst customer service ever. Unethical company. I'm stuck with a swimsuit that's too small and I can't wear it! They won't exchange it. And their swimsuits ain't cheap, $250 to $300 dollars. I'd avoid them and shop from a reputable place that will exchange or return items if they don't fit.

For a $250 swimsuit, you'd think the chain link would be more expensive than the swimsuits at K-mart. Horrible customer service that wouldn't respond to any of my emails, and no phone number to call. The swim suit ain't lined, and the fabric is so cheap. Can't refund, 'cause they'll only offer store credit and I don't want another cheap swimsuit. It also took 'bout a month and a half to get. So disappointed, and want my money back but can't get it. It's honestly comically, 'cause you know the founder (Shea) wouldn't be caught dead in these cheap *** swimsuits. I feel like she makes the ones she wears with better materials than she sells.

I sent back the stuff I bought, all good and fancy with tags and box and all that. They're supposed to give me my money back, but nope, they won't do it. I even got proof that I sent it back, but they still won't listen. It's been like forever, and nobody's bothering to answer me. They owe me 240 bucks, man.

1. Got a messed up product. 2. Sent it back and gave them the tracking number for a refund. 3. The company switched up their return rules while I was returning it; before, they said they'd do exchanges and refunds within 14 days of buying. But now, they took out the word "refund" from their statement. 4. It's been 12 days and I haven't heard anything about getting a store credit. I got a broken item and couldn't get my money back, and now, based on their new policy, I haven't gotten any store credit for an order that cost over $200.

The company done goofed and sent me the wrong size, and they ain't even botherin' to respond to my emails askin' for the right size. I bought this item online usin' Afterpay on March 2, and it arrived on March 8. I ordered both items in a size S, but they sent me an XS bottom in a size S bag. I've been tryin' to get in touch with 'em through email and social media, but they ain't sayin' nothin'. I just want 'em to send me the right item 'cause it's their fault for messin' up their inventory packagin' and quality control. They should be the ones takin' care of the shippin' and duties 'cause they made the mistake in the first place. My order number is ***, and the items in this shipment are the Celine Top (Ivory Zebra) in size S and the Celine Bottom (Ivory Zebra) in size S.

So, I made a purchase on 12/11/2022 with the order number #S29653. The total amount I paid was $607. Now, here's the thing, I want a complete refund for my order and I want the return shipping to be free.

Here's the deal, on the website, it says that I can either get a store credit or a refund with free return shipping for the item. But, on another page that talks about the return and shipping policy, it says they can't give me a refund and free return. It's like they have two different policies and they tricked me, the customer. Can you please help me out and get me my refund? Thanks.

By the way, they say that items can be returned within 14 days of delivery and you can either get store credit or a refund. They also mention that return shipping and redelivery are free. However, they do charge a $12 restocking fee for all refunds. Oh, and just so you know, items that are marked as FINAL SALE and are discounted are not eligible for store credit or refund.

I bought swimsuits from Same's website on 7/15 - order S18175. I ordered different sizes 'cause I didn't know which one would fit me. I thought I could return 'em for a refund if they didn't work out. I got 2 tops, 2 bottoms that match, and 2 bottoms that are a bit different. The product page didn't say nothin' 'bout not bein' able to get a refund, and my confirmation email didn't mention it either. The order cost me $702. They shipped it on 7/20 and it got delivered on 7/26. I tried 'em on the next day. The website said the fabric was "faux suede," but what I got was a knit crepe. There were also some marks on the chains. The swimsuits don't fit me. I started the return process online and found out they only do exchanges or store credit, no refunds. I've tried contactin' their customer service on 7/27, 7/30, 8/2, and 8/3, but they haven't replied. I also reached out to 'em on social media. There's still one top I haven't received, and they haven't sent me an email 'bout where it is. It's been 19 days already.

I bought a 'electroplated' chain bikini for $247.16 on 11/29. What arrived looked nice but I noticed the chain was plastic. I knew Same only did exchanges, but I didn't know the suit I picked was basically a one-time-use only thing. By the second time I wore it, all the gold on the chain started peeling off to show a cheap plastic underneath. Not what you'd expect for such an expensive swimsuit. I politely contacted the company asking for a solution, preferably a refund. They basically said what happened to the $250 bikini on its second wear was normal and to deal with it. We went back and forth a bit, but then they just stopped replying. It's been weeks since I heard from them. I checked their social media pages and I'm not the only one having this same issue with their product quality and customer service. It's basically a scam at this point. All I want is my money back.

SAME swim got a real specific return/ refund policy. They say they'll take back stuff that ain't been washed or worn, as long as it still got them tags on and the liner in them bathing suits. You got 14 days to make up your mind. They gotta know if it fits, right? That's just common sense for any honest business. I did everything they asked for. Kept them tags on, liner was in place, and the suit was fresh and clean. I can prove that I only had it for like 48 hours before I sent it right back. And let's be real, we all stuck at home, ain't got nowhere to wear this thing anyway. But now SAME swim don't wanna play fair. They say the liner looked like it peeled off and got stuck back on. That ain't right, man. I only tried it on, never actually wore it. They just assuming stuff and it's totally wrong. They ain't honoring their own policy and I feel like they played me big time. They took $250 from me, man! The dovine one piece (cheetah) suit is what I ordered. Order number was ***.

I bought a thing from SAME Los Angeles, but UPS lost it in the mail. It's been a whole month and the company won't answer my emails or give me my money back or a new thing. I ordered a swimsuit on July 27, and my order number was SXXXXX. The UPS tracking number was ***. On July 31, I got a message saying my package got messed up and lost in the mail. I had to be the one to tell them about it, and they said they were gonna wait for UPS to tell them what to do. I had to call UPS myself to find out what was up. UPS said they sent the info to the company so they could fix it. Finally, on July 11, 12 days later, they said they got the info from UPS and gave me a claims number, XXXXXXXX. They said they'd probably send me a new package with a new thing. Two weeks later, on the 24th, I asked them what was going on. Their email says they'll answer in 2 business days, but they still haven't answered. Today is the 29th, 4 business days later. It's super annoying 'cause I've been patient with them, but I have to bug them every time to get any info. I even tried DMing them on Instagram to speed things up, but they didn't respond there either. I just wanna know what's gonna happen, but their silence is driving me nuts. I just want my money back now 'cause they could've sent a new thing way sooner.
