We have had several contractors come out from invitation homes to do roof repairs and every single contractor said that we need a new roof and that repairs are only going to be a temporary solution. Every single vendor has submitted a reroof quote and every single quote has been rejected from this company. It scares me because they even said that the roof will not last this hurricane season. Please invitation homes do the right thing and re roof the house so we can be safe and also so it can help keep the property looking nice. I have already submitted complaints to the BBB and would like a resolution.
Desired outcome: Would like the re roof to be approved for safety of me and family.
