Invitation Homes – Loss of items

on 6/17 and 7/10 I had two leaks in my home I moved in 6/14/25. I took off work because multiple plumbers and drywall personell came to my home to look at damage and give invitation homes a quote. I had renters insurance and they refused to pay for my over $7k damages due to both leaks, tey advised that invitation homes failed to fix the problem the plumbers only put some putty around a pipe instead of replacing it as well as they have previously claim so they are dropping any coverage to this residence and advised that I contact IH and they should pay for my damages of personal loss as they failed to properly fix the issue, I spoke with maintenance supervisor Michelle tamarit and she advised that she filed a claim with insurance for my personal loss claim#4909 also claim#10025538, Michelle advised someone would contact me from risk management and this has not happened. I have struggled to replace my electronics I have a piece of wall art just purchased recently was over $4k and all of my sons electronics brand new I supplied all receipts as I went from an apartment to a home and most of this stuff was brand new.
