Invitation Homes review: Deposit return

I lived at 9525 W David Ave, Littleton CO 80128 from 5/31/2024 to 5/31/2026.

As of today, it's been 3 months since I moved. My forwarding address was changed and I sent notification as I was instructed to do, prior to vacating. The deposit was sent to the wrong address.,I received an email on August 21, 2026 stating the deposit check had not been cashed. I again provided the updated forwarding address and was told a new check would be issued. On September 8, 2026 I sent an email asking if the refund had been reissued and mailed. I was told it had been mailed on 8/25/26.
As of today, September 15, 2026 I have not received the deposit return of $3081.57 and have not been updated with a date I will be in receipt.
