Clearly, they haven't learned from the lawsuit they received, don't rent from them I heard the horror stories but in polk county they own alot of the homes so I went with them do to a situation. Maintenance sucks and the staff suck as well, they have raggedy properties and try to fault you for it when I asked for proof of certain things I can't never get an answer but they find the need to send emails about you owing this or that or 3-day eviction. My experience has been hell since moving here the bugs, ants, spiders etc. The cheap paint i'm a clean person and I overly clean upon moving in let's just say you can't wipe the walls cause of the cheap paint smh it wipes off I hate it here. The only good thing about them is they have propeties but be prepared to be charge an extra 150-200 dollars on top of the listed price they even charge you 9.95 to pay rent through the portal online its so many hidden charges going through my lease now I know they slipped up.
Recommendation: Go to shelter before choosing them
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

I am a current renter and not happy with this company at all. I have currently been in this home going on 3.5 years and I just got hit with a balance for maintenance on plumbing. Our toilets are having issues when flushing, not flushing properly, we had to use a plunger and also liquid plumber several times over the course of this past year if not longer, we do not use wipes and other than normal use we as renters have not done anything to cause the plumbing issue.
I finally reached out and requested maintenance, the guy came out and snaked the toilets and master sink, next thing I know I am hit with a 700+ fee, that is attached to the rent in one whole sum. I cannot pay my rent because of this fee, no breakdown of costs, no explanation of why this would be the renters responsibility, or it was determined this or that cause, just a bill. I tried calling and did not get a hold of anyone, I sat on the phone for over 20 minutes. Now if I don't pay my rent because of this extra fee I don't have, I am going to get eviction notices for not paying on the 1st.
I wish this company would stop nickel and diming me every chance they get, I have been a good tenant, trying to keep up the property best I can.
Very disappointed renter!
