I had ordered a Wiistar AV RCA Composite S-Video to VGA Video Converter Composite to VGA Adapter Box for PC Laptop STB Monitor on Oct 9 2023 from Amazon.ca. It was apparently shipped the same day, and was told my guaranteed delivery date was to be Oct 11 2023 by 8PM.

The aforementioned item was being delivered by Intelcom Courrier Canada Inc.

On Oct 11 2023, I waited until after 8PM, checked my order status, to discover this message...

Running late?..."OK, I thought, I guess these things happen from time to time, the item hopefully will be delivered by Oct 12 or Oct 13 at the latest, giving it 48 hours."

This, however, was not the case!

Looked at the See all updates, only to discover it still said...

...so, in other words, NO UPDATES! I have no idea where the package is now!

I visited the Intelcom website, copy/pasted the tracking number (several times over several days), and received this message...

I called customer service [protected]), pressed "2" for service in English, finally got an answer, but the agent seemed to only speak French. I asked him "parlez vous anglais, je ne parle pas français, anglais seulement", and he hung up on me!

I called customer service again, pressed "2" for service in English, finally got an answer, and the agent spoke English this time. I inquired about my tracking number INTLCME054167186, and the fact that it didn't seem to exist on Intelcom's system. He told me that it was Amazon's problem, and to contact them.

I called customer service again! I again inquired about my tracking number INTLCME054167186, and the fact that it didn't seem to exist on Intelcom's system, and remarked that if it is an Intelcom issued tracking number, then why is it not in the system? I was told that if the number isn't in the system, then there is nothing she could do...contact Amazon.

Contacted Amazon.ca. They considered the item to be lost in transit, and arranged for me to receive a refund.

So, long story short, I never received my ordered (and desperately needed) item!
