I wish I had chosen a different car insurance, so maybe I would not be writing negative reviews...
I got into a car accident one week ago and my car was damaged, so I needed to rent a car to get home. I called them and gave them all information they wanted. They said they would call me back in ten minutes. Nothing. 15 minutes, 20 minutes, 30 minutes. I thought there was no point of waiting for so long and called them again. Nobody answered. Called several times. Same. After 10 calls somebody picked up the phone and I was on hold 20 more minutes. They said it was too late and they cant provide me a car rental. For unknown reasons. I had to bother my friends and they took me home.
What I know for sure is that I'm done with them. After they will finally resolve the issue, I will go away and find another more reliable company.

Ive been with this insurance for over 10 years, I was involved in an accident on a freeway and my insurance sent my car to an auto shop near my home and we agreed to do 500 deductible after my car is fixed and we signed a paper saying that we agreed paying 500 and the insurance will pay the rest. I get a call from my adjuster saying that now I have to pay 1600 dollars when I pick up my car. I called his manager to complain about the adjuster because that is soo unprofessional and he doesn't answer. A lady from customer service gave a number to speak to the supervisor and Ive been on hold for over 40 minutes. I am furious and after I get my car I will change insurance because this is BS.

I was hit by an Infinity insurance holder. I contacted Infinity and filled a claim. An adjuster described damage and set a cost of repair.I was assigned a representative to solve the remaining steps to repair my car and get a rented car in the mean time,
The representative is Mrs. Nino Blackshire and her contact telephone number is [protected]. I am been calling her on a daily basis for more than a month, but she is never available and the only thing I can do is left messages for her to call me back. She never call back. I tried to solve the problem by calling to the customer assistance telephone number, but they transfer me to the same number of Mrs. Blackshire and, like always, she did not answer the call.
The car accident was May 11, 2017 and still my car is not repaired.

I was hit by your insured person latia Miller on date of may 20, 2017 took the car in on May 22, 2017 to 9726 E Indigo st palmetto Bay 33157 I told Daniel finales the guy who checked my car that I couldn't drive the car really to work because the tire was shaking very badly to drive I'm a delivery driver and my car was the only transportation to get money for my family so he said okay I also stated to Maydelin jimenez the adjuster that my vehicle wasn't able to work in because of my tire that insured latia Miller damage no one applied me with a rental I'm just getting the check only to cover my car today may 31, 2017 and nothing didn't cover any lost wages and which I was still told that I can't take my car in into Monday June 5, 2017 because infinity only cover for 3 days of rental i have to sit here and wait I have no money for rental fees to work I have lost so many hours of work this is something I consider to take to court it's unfair I have to wait into June 5, 2017 if I have the check today I was told by Maydelin jimenez that I will be stuck if i go today and they don't finish in 3days I won't have transportation because the rental only 3days wow unbelievably in unprofessional I'm not at fault for any of this I will like for someone that can really help me out to contact me at [protected] email address [protected]@yahoo.com thank you for your time

I have disagree with the above and having my correct and true descriptions on the accident on 04/03/17. Firstly, Infinity provided me a wrong claim number and wrong name of the adjuster.He said it was a misguiding to me.
Secondly, the other driver had witness to state, I was carrying cellphone while she hit my car in time to back up.
Thirdly, there was no any who witness the scene, only me who witnessed the moment. An old female was in her passenger seat.
The said witness people were in side at the front store to come to outside to see what happen as the drive is their friend.I know as I work at next building.
Fourthly, the adjuster did not explain me about witness in impartial investigation to both of us as they said I carried cellphone.I called just after the collision which is very much usual.Witness matters is completely falsified which the adjuster accepted without arguing me.
I can send the email if I get it which will more clear
Fifth, Infinity applied 10% for their issued check from $864.01($78.54)and again 10% of $1010.10 in auto body's charges of $1373.54.
Sixth, the disputed charges applied on me three times.I have receipts and explanations etc.

Dear Infinity

I am writing to complain about changes that have been made without my agreement to my policy. My girlfriend - who lives in Switzerland and only visits me occassionaly here in Orlando - has been added as an active driver to my policy without my knowledge/agreement. Even though I have now excluded her after receiving a letter with the notice of her inclusion, however, I have paid 2-3 months of payments not knowing this was the case. Not once have I been told that she would automatically be on my policy nor have I gotten an agreement stating that she is on the contract. Even though she is registered on my appartment lease, she does not live here and has therefore never once driven my car. I am very disappointed and unhappy with these circumstances and expect a refund of payments so far.

Now it's May 10, 2017.
And the claims department keeps giving me the run around I have called several times and they are telling me that it's ready to go and they where gonna send the check to the auto body shop, I've been waiting for 4 months and still nothing just the run around again.
Called today explained what was going on and ask to speak to a Supervisor but I kept getting transferred so finally I spoke to a lady and ask her to speak to a Supervisor Roberto Lopez but she would not transfer me, she took this matter into her own hands and basically said I've should've token the car in first then they will make payment,
I told her that no one ever told me that witch she says that It was explained when I got the policy and sorry for them not explaining the policy rite. I taught she was Rude didn't even say sorry for your troubles anything and at the end of the conversation people say thank you but instead she Hung up on me that is POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Elizabeth moody in Alabama is my claims officer instead of making this tragic moment easier she made it very difficult she was rood on the phone as if it bothered her to do her job then spoke with my sister and my sister even notice her attitude I never wanted to call so I don't have to deal wiher her. Now she didn't keep tract of my car and lost my license plate. Instead on contacting me about personal belonging of the car she just basicly pressed ENTeR and called NEXT. Now I have to pay 450 to get a new tag I need someone to contact me and resolvE this

As of 10/18/16, I renewed my second 6 month term with Infinity. They offered me this renewal but raised the amount $20+ dollars more than what I was paying last policy term. And that was on top of the renewal "fee" they charged me. I have an accident on my record that is a 2point. This accident is due to drop off my record in 2017. My premium was $183.00 monthly. I have never heard of such a high rate! I then decided to take my business elsewhere and found a much better rate, half of what Infinity was offering. Had I known there was a cheaper insurance out there from my broker, I would not be in this boat. My broker told me that she searched and found that Infinity was the cheapest for me above all. When first signing on, my monthly premium was $126.00 then moved up to $163.00, then again to $183.00. After calling my broker about this hike in my premium, she would never return my calls with an alternative resolution. So I took it upon myself to look and found something better. The day I called Infinity to cancel, I should have had a refund of about $23.00 coming to me. I was told over the phone that there was going to be a charge of $20.00 just for canceling! And the remainder that was owed to me, $3.00, would be sent with in 3 weeks. I feel that I have given them plenty of monies and there should not be a fee to cancel. WHY? And why does it take 3 weeks for 3 dollars to come to me?

I had infinity insurance for about three months I paid $14, 000 for a 2005 Dodge Magnum and I paid $3000 for stereo for it all and cash it got stolen three months later and totaled I called my insurance company and they assigned me an adjuster it's been four months now and they have not done anything they've only called One time within the four months of my car being gone there about a coaster is the worst insurance adjuster it if you ask to speak to a supervisor they keep you on hold for a least an hour and then they do not and then they come on and say the supervisor is and then now I paid mine Sherance to infinity every month and now I'm out almost $17, 000 so now I have to get my attorneys involved is just a huge mess don't ever get this company ever marry all coaster is the worst insurance adjuster all of them are

I was rear ended by one of their clients on 4/07/2016.
After contacting the insurance company and filing the claim . I was told to take my truck to a repair shop not far from my house to have the damages looked at. I informed the agent I couldn't do that since I was unable to start my truck since it had been hit. Once I made it home it wouldn't start again. I was told someone would come out to look at my truck. and start an investigation before the end of the week. However no one ever showed up. 2 weeks went by and I still had not seen anyone. I got a letter from infinity telling me "If you have your own insurance it be in my best interest to make the repairs yourself pending our investigation"
A few days later they send another letter saying they're not going to fix my truck cause their clients not at fault, nor does he have insurance that covers my type of damage. though he admits he was on the phone at the time he hit me. he rear ended me & he claims he was hit causing him to hit me. but we were the only 2 people involved. he had no rear damage. and I was standing still at a red light when he hit me.

I've been an Infinity Auto Insurance customer for about six years, and despite having no tickets or accidents, my rates always went up and up. When I asked their customer about it, I was told that their rates were approved by the TX State Insurance board and that I would get similar rates anywhere. That was a flat out, baldfaced lie. After reading an article on Lifehacker last week talking about the benefits of insurance shopping, I got multiple online quotes from large companies like Geico, Progressive, Liberty Mutual, etc. The coverage I asked for was *much better* in every single area than I was getting with Infinity. All of the quotes were within 10% of each other, and all were more than $100/mo less than the premium Infinity was shafting me for. I was shocked. After calling Geico and confirming the quote, I called Infinity and asked them to explain why they had been screwing me over for years, with rates more than double what they had to be, when they'd never had to spend a dime on me. Their explanation was basically that they were a smaller company than Geico, so they had to charge higher rates. Ha! On the spot I cancelled my insurance with them and my coverage with Geico starts tomorrow. I get far better insurance, with much higher coverages, roadside assistance, towing reimbursal, rental car, etc, etc, etc. Plus, I save $104 per month! After doing a bit of math and looking back at the rates I paid to Infinity in the past, I estimate that they overcharged me a *minimum* of $5000. They knowingly misled me about their rates and the rates I would get elsewhere. And they never once had to pay out a dime for me. Avoid Infinity like the plague unless you are a masochist who enjoys getting massively overcharged for inferior insurance.

#infinityautoinsurance is the worst insurance company ever! Unethical unprofessional insurance company. Adjuster (Matt g) returned called 7 days later which resulted me to not have use of a car/rental for 6 days. Adjuster manager (Eunice w) never answered nor return calls. Due to the negligence of infinity insurance policyholder i’m out over $3k. Please if you’re ever in a car accident with a #infinityautoinsurance policyholder, contact a lawyer to handle your case. I wish I did that.

I got into an accident July 30 on I-95. A 4-vehicle pile up. It wasn't my fault, I couldn't avoid the accident, I was too close. Anyways, I received passenger side front and side rear damage to my vehicle. Infinity Field Appraiser Joaquin Collazo reviewed damages to my vehicle and submitted report. I took my vehicle to repair shop where they did a very good job. However, the damage to the passenger rear side door was not repaired. Repair shop said it was not included in the report. The repair shop asked me to call my insurance company to get an adjuster out to re-inspect the vehicle.

On Oct 13th and weeks thereafter, I made several attempts to contact Glevis Fuentes Claims Manager at Infinity Auto via email and VM. No return on my calls. I needed to know why this damage was not repaired.

On Oct. 29th, I called the office again and finally got a hold of Glevis Fuentes. He told me they concluded by looking at pictures I sent to them from the accident scene, the damages made to the vehicle on the passenger rear side door was not from the accident. I explained to Glevis Fuentes there was debris scattered all over I-95 and it could have been from the debris. He refused to see it that way and concluded he would not pay for the damages in the passenger rear side door and that this claim has been closed.

I'm extremely upset! I have to repair the damages out of pocket. Because of the unprofessionalism of Infinity Auto Insurance. I hold responsible Glevis Fuentes for not returning any of my calls and for not making an effort to re-inspect my vehicle and review the damage in person. I will stay away from Infinity Auto Insurance and whenever auto insurance comes up in conversation, I'll share my experience.

Infinity refusing to cover the damage done to my car after their insured hit my parked car. I have picture showing that my car was pushed into another car behind me. They lied and said they would fix it, just to get me to return the rental car. A few days later I received a notices saying that it was prior damage to my car. I will file a complaint with the board and see them in small claims court. Look at the pictures, see how the markings line up with the other cars plates.

INFINITY INSURANCE COMPANY should be banned in all States from conducting what may boils down to a fraudulent scheme of collecting premiums from its (low-income) clients and then denying to honor claims filed against these clients in accidents.

Infinity Insurance Co conducts such scams by having its unsuspecting clients enter into useless policies with countless exclusions, and also by taking advantage of many States' lax regulations...!

infinity insurance is a rip of i got insured with this company to be be safe. I wanted piece of mind knowing i would be covered in the event of a accident. Well i hit a metal object on the freeway and now they want to give me a hard time! I had a recorded interview with a special investigation guy who really pissed me off trying to like coach me to change my mind on what happened, when all i want is my truck fixed. Im using my wifes car and leaving her with out one.! If thats bad i recieved a certified letter today say the information i give does not match there records, (really) whats wrong with this company.? We should all get to gether and sue!
