I made an online order to be picked up on 5/10/2020 at 11:15am thru the ihop app. I got to the restaurant and there was only 2 employees working but not providing the togo orders. There where other people waiting for the orders they made online as well. This ihop is located at 513 patchogue road, port jefferson station, ny 11776. I waited but they did not give me my order. When I ordered thru the app I paid with my credit card, it was charged. But at the restaurant the employees charged me again stating that the order was not paid for. I have an email which proves that the order was paid for. As per the ihop employees I have to contact my bank account and deal with the bank. Why if they are the ones charging for an order they did not provide me with!
I did not get my money back or the food I order. I left empty handed.
