Wed. Aug. 5, 2026- went into IHOP on Surf Ave., Coney Island Bklyn NY. I had NOT been here for a few years because of the very thing that happened yet AGAIN. Green beans - waiter says they are available, I place an order only to find AFTER the fact, they are NOT available. This is an item YOUR MENU offers - WHY is it ON the menu if you are OUT of this item? WHY isn't the wait staff INFORMED of this in prep FOR their shift?

You are not that smart are you? They are on your menu because they do not always run out. Unfortunately you just had bad luck twice.
